When I first ordered the product, they had a special going on for Buy one get one free. And I felt like the steps to make the second item free wasn’t too user friendly. So I bought a second one. I wish they could have given my free item on my first one since they saw that I purchased the order twice. It took about a month or more to retrieve my items which is an inconvenience because I really wanted to try the product and waiting for a month on an item is way too long. This is my first full week using the item which I use twice a day (morning/night). I haven’t seen any progress yet so we will see in a couple weeks if the product actually works. I can say that the brush that they use to apply the eyelash serum is easy to use and the product itself does not irritate my eyes nor does it breaks me out which I love because I’ve used other eyelash serums and my skin and eyes were irritated. Overall experience it’s okay.

I can truly that I am huge fan of HANAE since my first order. I took a chance on trying out a new Skincare company because I truly believe that Korean Skincare is above and beyond American Skincare Standards.
I wasn't disappointed in the least! Even though I made a few errors choosing the right colors for me the Customer Service was so helpful and patient that I did eventually (not a long time) get exactly what I needed for my completion.

I ordered the lash serum. I’ve noticed a difference in just one week of use

The eyelash serum is really great and doesn’t irritate my sensitive eyes. It came quickly with no problems.

I recently purchased the Hanae Eyelash serum and have been using it every night. I love the eyelash wand because it really coats my lashes easily, unlike other brands. I can see growth already adter only a few weeks.
My product arrived quickly and purchasing was easy. I will definitely buy again.

The product arrived earlier than expected. The packaging is attractive. I find the applicator to be the best and easiest to use of all these kind of products. I need to use it for longer than a week to assess the results but it’s easy, gentle and I’m hopeful that it helps my lashes.

So far I love the product. I use it morning and evening. It doesn’t stink my eyes and is easy to use. Looking forward to long lashes
