Brilliant products and wonderful customer service
I bought the black beauty chaise longue and stool which I received just a few days later. They were very helpful giving me advice and information when I was choosing the product and it was fast and easy to make the order over the phone. When the item arrived it was exactly as described - beautifully made and solid. I loved it so much I had to order the armchair from the same collection which needs to be made to order so I am waiting the reasonable 10-12 weeks for its arrival. I absolutely recommend this company...there are so many dodgy ones out there I am so lucky I chose to order with this one.

Poor customer service !!!!!!!!!!
Purchased a chaise longue from this company and initially the service was good and I was happy with my new piece of furniture so a couple of weeks later I decided to purchase a further two items ( a marble top coffee table and a marble top lamp table ) I'd spent a total of just under £1500 with this company who pride themselves on giving exceptional customer service ! What a joke !!!! .
My further two items arrived which my husband signed for , they were packed well ( wrapped & bound etc ) so the courier is obviously not going to stand there & wait till it's all unpacked. Once we had put the marble tops on the furniture we noticed very large streak marks down one side of the marble top on the coffee table . I phoned this company & they tried to tell me this was a normal marble characteristic ? After seeking further advice this is not normal & actually appears to be water marks as if something has leaked onto the marble ! . We proceeded to email Hampshire barn interiors who were not bothered at all saying they are sorry the marble is not to my liking & they do not have alternative pieces available adding that they have sold out of these particular coffee tables ?
In a nutshell extremely poor customer service ! Disgusting actually . Don't bother ordering from these people as you will be wasting you're hard earned money . There motto should be "we'll give you good service as soon as we have you're money and if you have any problems after we don't want to know about it" I have already told all my family & friends to avoid purchasing from them & I hope those of you reading will do to .

As stated by the customer they were extremely pleased and delighted with the chaise longue purchased from us. We always provide a friendly and efficient buying experience with a quick free delivery service for items in stock.
The customer thought mistakenly that the cream marble topped coffee table was water damaged whereas it had in fact been delivered in a perfect condition and certainly not water damaged as claimed by the customer sometime after delivery. We do not stock generally cream marble so we were unable to replace the top which was not to the customers liking. We state on our website
"MARBLE as marble is a natural product there will be unique markings in each piece supplied ie our WHITE marble will have grey veins and vary item to item and BLACK will sometimes have grey veins and whitish markings also. CREAM marble tends to have multi colour patches as well as veining. We can supply other colours such as green, brown, red etc but may be quite a lot more expensive. Marble will not have a uniform colour and some areas may not appear as polished as others due to the underlying natural material."
