Hair also started falling out of it instantly, very cheap. Unfortunately they wont refund her. Very disappointing and bad customer service! There is no actual guarantee as stated.

Great customer service and fast delivery! They were quick to colour match my halo extensions and got it spot on! I had to change my order having ordered the wrong version of ash blonde and they rectified it for me immediately. They also arranged to send me a new wire when I cut it too short. Always quick to respond and extremely helpful. The product quality is also fantastic. I'd highly recommend this brilliant brand.

I recently ordered a 24” inch ponytail in shade Hawaii Blonde. There is a free colour matching service available if you are unsure on your perfect match.
Deliver was super fast and I loved the asthetic packaging it arrived in :)
The quality of the ponytail is amazing! It’s a true colour match and so silky soft. So glad I have found something that styles my hair perfectly and is so straight forward to apply :)

Amazing customer service
Had an issue with Royal Mail on my delivery so emailed the customer service team and the manager go back to me so quickly and helped sort the issue out in no time! Made it so stress free and gave me the reassurance! Once my order came the service was fast and the quality of the hair extensions are really good. I’m very happy!

So helpful with the colour matching service, I had a few questions which they came back to me on straight away. I was able to order that day and it was delivered the next morning. The hair is amazing quality and the colour match is perfect, blends with my hair so well.

I bought my hair halo a few months ago and I had a little problem with it but the manager was amazing in responding to my email so quick. I needed it fixed by Christmas which only gave them a handful of days and I received my halo back in time and it looks and feels as it was brand new after the repair. I have purchased twice from this company and i will certainly continue to use them. So pleased with the service!

AWFUL BARBIE HAIR
Delivery was good..BUT I have worn my halo for 3 hours and it needs to go in the bin!! Its like barbie hair!! Can't even separate it with my fingers!! Awful quality, complete waste of money!!

Great quality hair
Great quality hair, really easy to adjust the halo wire and very helpful and fast colour matching advice. Very fast dispatch of the order. I've found that the hair washes well and retains condition if you follow the care instructions that are provided.

I absolutely love my halo
I absolutely love my halo! I wear hair extensions every day due to my hair being very thin and the this has made my life a lot easier! It doesn’t damage my hair like clip ins and gives me lots of volume!
It’s taken a while to learn how best to blend with my hair because my natural hair is so thin and short but after a few goes I’ve worked out what’s best for me and now it’s so quick and easy to do my hair ever day!
Minus 1 star because I think more options for the weight of the hair would be useful and the shorter lengths to be available with clips if needed

Spent 35 euro on delivery to Ireland…
Spent 35 euro on delivery to Ireland and now I've to pay 46 euro import and tax charges. Was told the item would be delivered yesterday but it was sent to France first and now won't get here till Monday. Will do another review once the item arrives.

Such good quality hair, shame about the tape glue strength.
Colour is fab, length is great and so is the quality of hair. As a hairdresser i’m over the moon with the quality and the fact that the copper hasn’t washed and faded bad after the first wash. However i’m ever so disappointed with the tape, i’ve washed my hair for the first time after having them fitted just under a week ago and i’ve lost nearly 10 tapes out of my hair. I know it’s not my hair or anything as my last brand of hair I wore for 6 months without loosing one! This will be the only thing that will prevent me from re-purchasing which is a shame as i’m in love with the colour and literally everything else! It’s ever such a shame that the tape isn’t strong at all.

We are very sorry to hear that the colour wasn't a match - in our terms and conditions we do offer a full refund or exchange if the colour is not correct - but the hair extensions do have to be kept in original condition and that does mean tied on the hygienic bands and on the backing card to proof the hair has not been in a worn state.

Amazing customer service
Honestly, the best customer service! I ordered the wrong colour and had to send it back. I forgot to put my details into the return so im a blind panic, had to contact them. Rachel was amazing! Very patient, so friendly and sorted things out in a heartbeat.
The halo itself was beautiful, just the wrong colour for me and I needed it for my holiday so was unable to swap the colour or I would have.
Can't recommend highly enough!!

Only been in for 1 week. My daughter is a hairdresser so I use the right products on my hair. The ends are shocking, tatty and hard to brush. Plus there are lots shedding. Really disappointed, alot of money spent on 2 sets.

The best clip in extensions I’ve ever used!!!
I am loving having super thick, long hair again with the help of these beautiful premium clip ins. I’m so impressed with the quality and softness of the hair. The extensions are super easy to install and lightweight enough to not pull on my own hair. They look good straight or curly but curly and wavy is my favourite. The hair extensions are safe to use heat on and I style mine using tongs and straighteners and so far they have held styles perfectly. (Even after a 1.5 hour hot dance class, my hair was still bouncy and full). I love the fact you can also buy a special hair hanger and protective bag from this brand for the hair extensions. This is to keep them from being crumbled or damaged when they are not being used. I love this brand from the packaging and presentation to the hair itself. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now! These are exactly what I was looking for. I had help and chats with the customer service team helping me choose the correct style and method of extensions for my specific hair and they have been amazing too. If you need a colour match, they also provide this service, they are so happy to help and clearly want you to look amazing and feel your best.
