Started off badly, unable to deliver, and double billed but eventually got it all sorted out and all is fine , love the water.

bottle that it comes in. This water is quality overall.

I went to place an order for this company and the 20% discount code I used sent by them did not work so I cancelled . This is my second advise of this as my first was attributed by trust pilot to another company I have sent a message to Hallsteinwater as requested await their reply !re the reply. Now I and other potential customers understand the criteria to get the discount and will act accordingly. Clarity from all sellers is all that is asked of by customers.

Overall is great. Would be ideal if you also sell your recommended water spout for the gallon bottles. So clients like me would buy a extraction method that would be cleanest

Water is our most valuable resource and pure water with high alkalinity is something I have searched for many years. This water is alive. I can taste and feel the difference.

When Hallstein heard that my delivery contained one bottle which had
opened and leaked all over the carton, they immediately sent me a new carton.

Love the taste of Hallstein Water. Would love it too if somehow the bottles could be recycled.
May I please request that an easier method in removing the blue cap. The blue cap is not properly serrated which makes it arduous to remove the cap entirely for my water dispenser which dispenses water from the bottom of the 5 gallon water bottle up to pour.

In my opinion, you have the very best water in the world. The glass bottles are wonderful, and keep the water pure. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Love the packaging arrives at my doorstep. I love the easy to remove top. The security opening label on the water is fantastic crisp clean, and refreshing.

When I turn the corner to my apartment and am greeted by a big, blue box in front of my door, I never fail to smile. Hallstein keeps me healthy, hydrated and happy with its pure and unrivaled taste. The only downside to my Hallstein subscription is the knowledge of what water /could/ taste like when I drink from another source!
