High quality water but high price
The water tastes awesome and is very high quality, delivery only takes a few days after payment clears. Managing subscription and tracking orders are very easy on their website. The only thing is the high price, I'm not sure if I want to pay almost $600 for water a month in the long run.

The amount of money I spend on this…
The amount of money I spend on this Water and the test results that you guys just put out that there’s micro plastics in this water as far as I’m concerned doesn’t make you any different than any other company and when I first got the bottle it came with like a Corc style top that was sealed and now they come with a twist off top is there a reason why that’s changed also.

Dear Peter,
A third-party lab report was commissioned by LightLabs and posted by Oasis App that found microplastic particles in a sample tested as Hallstein.
We're not dismissing it. A result like this should be taken seriously, and it is being taken seriously here. We're also not treating one sample as settled when we didn't see it taken and still haven't been shown the chain of custody.
What we're doing about it: we've sent product to two separate U.S. labs for independent testing, sealed packages of both glass bottles and 5 gallon jugs, pulled at random from our distribution center, for microplastics testing. We're also running a microplastics and nanoplastics analysis on the aquifer source in Austria, which is rarely done commercially.
We've asked for the full report and the documentation behind the result so that we and independent experts can review all of it. We don't have it yet. We'll keep asking.
We've been publishing our own microplastics and PFAS results for years, before anyone else jumped on the marketing buzz. We did so because we understood the implications of such chemicals at volume for human health. We're still one of the few that test and publish regularly, without any omissions. When the new testing comes back, it goes on our website, whatever it shows.
Our mission is simple: get the water to you exactly the way it is in the aquifer in Austria, without adding or taking away anything. That's the whole company. It's why a result like this matters to us, and why we're going back through every step of our own process, including bottling. If something is getting in that shouldn't be, that's ours to find and fix, and we'll tell you when we do.
To answer your comment on why we changed the cap: this was because there were other rare issues with it and we wanted to make it easier to open and reduce our plastic waste. We also never had a "cork" style cap - it was a twist off as well.
In the coming weeks we will be publishing the new reports and will act accordingly.

It's really great and easy! Its for sure pricey. I do think it would be nice to give back the bottles to reuse if possible.

Need a better pump
I truly enjoy the swatter. It’s a real treat. I’ve decided to do for myself. The taste is delicious and clean and crisp. The one thing that would make me not buy this water anymore is it’s very difficult to get this water out to drink without using the big expensive stand, you sell. unfortunately, in our kitchen, I do not have a space to set this large stand out. The hand pump I bought from you was a waste of money. It worked for about 15 gallon container and then stopped working so now I have to lug the big water jug out and fill various water containers. Easy to do.

We also hear you on the stand — it's not a practical solution for every kitchen. A few alternatives worth exploring: countertop dispensers that sit flat and don't require a stand. We can help you find some options; most online retailers have them.

I can’t say enough good things about…
I can’t say enough good things about Hallstein Water. What initially drew me in was the level of testing and commitment to purity, but what’s kept me is the experience of the water itself.
I discovered it through the Oasis App and haven’t looked back since. I now order both the bottles and the five-gallon format, and it has completely shifted my relationship to hydration.
I find myself drinking more, not out of discipline, but because the water is genuinely enjoyable. It tastes clean, balanced, and alive. Simply put, it tastes as water should.
The testing. The purity. The intention behind it.
Beyond the product, there’s a clear sense of integrity in how the company operates, and you can feel that in every sip. That combination of quality and intention is rare.
