Halloween House is always an amazing visit. Found it last year and returned this year. Each year we have brought an animatronic from them. This year we took advantage of the website and ordered it to be delivered as we had no space in the car. We will be back next year

Since I walked into Halloween house the staff have been so friendly and helpful every year . And there range of animatronics are amazing would definitely recommend to anyone who loves Halloween.

I am a first time customer with Halloween house and the customer support i have received has been outstanding,the staff have gone above and beyond to help me with a faulty product i received get rapidly replaced.

Very happy with service I received and even more happy with product ( Dr Fangore). Didn't I would find any stock left in UK but Halloween House delivered. I buy animatronic props every year and definitely recommend and would use again!

Great range of products. Excellent communication with delivery status. Only minor critisism is that the images show items that aren't included. This is stated on the page but it's not initially obvious which does taint the value for money slightly (which is why I only gave 4 stars). However, we love the products that we purchased.

Good display helpful staff

Horrible. Got racially discriminated against. So obvious. Saw the guy at front, gave us a dirty look yet I still smiled and browsed around for a while. While leaving, rudely accused of stealing, clearly lying to our face that someone ‘radioed’ him. Get this ridiculous lad out. No manners whatsoever. We had nothing on us if we wanted to steal in the first place, this was clearly racially motivated by the dirty looks and glances at our attire.

Ordered a couple animatronics and some Ghost Face merch from their website and all was perfect. Fast delivery and items arrived in perfect condition. Couldn't find these props anywhere else, so thank you!!!

Came here last week, it was great , the variety of Halloween decorations and the staff were a great help, there was a lovely women named charlie who helped me out massively, I would definitely visit again.
