It says 3 to 5 working days but it's got lost somewhere I contracted customer care and really helpful and sending out a new one and upgrading delivery excellent customer service really helpful

The phone cover was damaged on arrival.
The phone cover was delivered promptly. However the cover was damaged, the magnetic clip unattached. Initially not impressed but 1 email to company advising of problem immediate response with apology and new phone case sent immediately. Impressed with customer care and would recommend.

I ordered a personalised giraffe back pack.
