Customer Assistance is Non Existent. Especially with the game, Souls. Staff will literally never help with any form of game glitches, only give a filtered generic answer and demand for screen shot uploads or video recordings of the error messages (Which are on screen for exactly half a second, so good luck getting actual screen shots.)
And even if you provide them? You'll just be told everything is functioning as it should and be dismissed, your ticket closed. They use impossible verification demands purely as a shield to close tickets quickly and inflate their resolution metrics.
They can't fix basic problems like translation errors, if a game is repeatedly locking you out of content, its your problem, not theirs, error messages be damned. They can't be bothered to investigate.
