Had been looking for a blue Milgauss for a while. Purchased from Habbak. Professional and customer focus. Both Ali and Shah were very helpful and I wouldn't think twice about buying another watch from them. Happy to recommend.
Just purchased my second Rolex from Habbak and both times it was an absolute pleasure, Shah is very attentive with his responses to me via message and Ali in house offered amazing service and a professional manner, I would 100% recommend and will definitely use them again in the future
Bought a Day-date olive dial 6-7 months back. I went today to exchange it for another Rolex and was informed that I was sold a watch with 2 links short. I had no idea. When I tried the watch at Habbak, it fit snug and I asked the guy if it had all the links and he said yes. I should have been more vigilant. Now I’ve lost 2k on the value of the watch. Very disappointed.
So I have read their response, and just to clarify this watch was sourced by them
For me and was not marketed anywhere. I was never told of short links, nor it was advertised. Upon my inquiry about the links as the watch seemed snug, the guy in their boutique said it’s full links. And the buy back commitment, when I was not sure about the watch, I was told that my deposit would not be returned so I have to buy it. So what you mentioned as by back commotmemr really doesn’t stand, when you won’t even return a deposit. The new buyer cut 2000 off the watch cause of the links cause the ball was in his court. Anyway. I like an honest and truthful business etiquette. I would not even have responded in my review, had you only apologised about the whole experience rather than making it look like an oversight on my part.

While we strive for complete transparency during the fitting process, we categorically maintain that the watch was represented accurately based on its specific configuration at the time of sale.
Market Valuation of Links: We were concerned to hear that you were quoted a £2,000 reduction in value for two missing links. A valuation of £1,000 per link is significantly above standard market rates for this model. We strongly suggest discussing this with the party you sold the watch to, as that rate appears to be quite extortionate.
Our Buy-Back Commitment: We always aim to support our clients throughout the lifecycle of their timepiece. We offer a dedicated buy-back service for all watches purchased from us; had you approached us regarding the sale or trade, we would have happily purchased the watch back at a fair market price.
