disappointing--------normally I would rate Haagen-Dazs strawberry 5 out of 5-now its strawberries and cream,and utterly tasteless-

Le dimanche 31 mai dernier jour de la fête des mères, je me régalais avec de la glace Häagen-Dazs vanille-caramel-brownie quand...j'ai eu comme un clou dans la bouche. C'était une épingle parisienne de presque 2 cm!!! J'ai écrit au service consommateurs (mail) mais mon courriel m'a été retourné!
Attention aux risques de perforation voire d'infection/tétanos. SOS!!

Noch nie so schlechtes und teures Eis gegabt! Macadamua fast nicht vorhanden. Das Schlimmste jedoch ist, es ist schrecklich süss mit künslichem Geschmack und beim Schmelzen bleibt keine Cremigkeit, sondern eine dünne Plürre. Dafür ist ein Stern noch zu viel.
Nie wieder.

The chocolate peanut butter ice cream is the best I’ve ever had. I love peanut butter and ice cream with it NEVER has enough, but with this one it’s TOO much and that’s what I WANT. I love it so thank you for making chocolate peanut butter ice cream right!

Who ever decided to do the Tiramisu flavour needs a Nobel prize!

​Titel: Fehlendes Aroma und zu teuer für die gebotene Qualität
​Ich war enttäuscht von meinen letzten Käufen bei Häagen-Dazs. Besonders bei den Klassikern merkt man, dass die Qualität nicht mehr den hohen Preis rechtfertigt.
​Meine Kritikpunkte:
​Macadamia Nut Brittle: Früher eine Bank, heute leider eine Enttäuschung. Es schmeckt so, als wäre keine echte Bourbon-Vanille mehr enthalten. Dieser markante Geschmack fehlt völlig, wodurch das Eis insgesamt nur noch halb so gut schmeckt wie gewohnt.
​Cookie Dough: Ich habe diese Sorte gerade erst probiert und sie war absolut kein Kracher. Geschmacklich eher durchschnittlich und wenig beeindruckend.
​Preis/Leistung: Da der Geschmack deutlich nachgelassen hat, ist der hohe Preis nicht mehr gerechtfertigt. Es gibt mittlerweile Eigenmarken und günstigere Alternativen im Supermarkt, die schlichtweg leckerer sind als das, was hier geboten wird.

I’ve been working for HD as a Shop Manager starting up the shops in Monte-Carlo & Gothenburg, been running the shops in St Tropez & Parly 2 in Paris. I just love the flavors & the rich texture. Honestly I also choose B&J when I want a more crazy flavor, love them too!
But to read the very negative comments given to the HD i/c is non other than net gohst creatures who are unhappy with their lives, & who cannot distinguish quality from mainstream i/c.

Trés bonne cliente depuis l'ouverture de la boutique à Clermont. Hier samedi 21 mars, et Oh surprise des bornes automatiques comme dans un supermarché ou Mac Do !!!! Perte de temps: queue à la borne puis queue à la caisse pour récuperer son pot, Impersonnel , plus de contact avec les vendeurs pour nous renseigner lorsque l'on fait son choix comme avant..... Lamentable . Et même les vendeurs en pâtissent . Mécontentement d'autres clients . De plus le choix des parfums a diminué de moitié . J'irai desormais chez un concurrent .

MY FAVORITE IS SALTED CARAMEL CONE AND IT HAS GOT TO BE THE BEST ICE CREAM I HAVE EVER EATEN.
FULL OF CHUNKS IN EVERY BITE AND FLAVOR AND TEXTURE IS AMAZING.
MAYBE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ARE PEOPLE WITH NO PALLET OR HAVE LOST THE SENCE OF TASTE.

Used to be amazing, creamy and rich. Now it tastes like cheap nasty ice cream with undertones of margarine.

Völlig aufgeblähtes Produkt. Schmeckt nicht, wenig Inhaltsstoffe wie Nüsse usw., dabei völlig überteuert. Da bringen die Hausmarken der Discounter besseres Eis auf den Markt. Es gibt aber ja genügend Konsumenten die es nur des Namens wegen kaufen, wie bei Jeans, Schuhen, Kosmetik usw. Hauptsache "Marke" und man kann es zeigen.

Maybe less sugar and semi skimmed now. Making things not taste so creamy and sweet.
Everything is bland and it's not cheap either .

They've clearly changed the ingredients in their ice cream. It's gone from rich and creamy to watery and bland! After buying for many years after the last batch not a chance will I ever buy it again. Using cheap ingredients loses customers.

I bought the Rum & Raisin, for the first time. I have been looking forward to trying it for ages. How very disappointing it was. There was no rum taste whatsoever. It was just plain ice cream, with a few raisins. I certainly will not be buying it again. Not for the price you pay.
