Nous avons été victimes d’un vol de marchandise par l’un de leurs employés, qui n’a jamais été livrée ni restituée. Malgré un an de relances incessantes, le patron refuse toujours de déposer la plainte contre X nécessaire pour que l’assurance indemnise le préjudice.
Toutes nos tentatives de contact sont ignorées : appels, emails, relances de l’assurance… aucune réponse. Par écrit, il prétend que « le dossier suit son cours », alors qu’il sait parfaitement que sans son action, aucun remboursement ne sera possible.
En résumé : ce transporteur ne prend aucune responsabilité, traîne volontairement les dossiers et agit de manière malhonnête et non professionnelle.
Nous déconseillons fortement toute collaboration avec H2 LOGISTIQUE SAS.

We are indeed based in Madrid, but we also have premises in Spain, as we are an international company. Your attempt to label our review as “false” only confirms your intention to evade your responsibilities regarding the disappearance of our goods.
When the theft occurred, they properly contacted its insurance company and provided all the required documents. However, after four months of silence which clearly reflects bad faith you stopped responding altogether. Now, you are bringing up alleged missing value declarations and inventing excuses. This behavior is dishonest.
After nearly a year of ignoring our follow-ups, instead of resolving the issue, you have chosen to lie and use evasive tactics to cover your fault. We wish to warn any potential future customers about this behavior: a carrier that is unable to take responsibility and attempts to manipulate the situation does not deserve the trust of its clients.
⚠️ We therefore stand by our initial assessment, which is based on real and verifiable facts.
I am also attaching two screenshots showing my exchanges with their insurance company, which went unanswered, clearly illustrating the level of professionalism and honesty of this carrier.
