Gusti Leather Recenzje 

I bought Kieran bagpack a few weeks ago. The merials are excellent but the workmanship is not.
1. The lining of the top lid is a millimetre longer than the leather and hangs out.
2. One of the bag straps is 1 cm longer and the bagpack does not sit properly when worn.
I contacted Gusti Leather and told them about the lining. I spoke with a seamstress who quoted me £30 to shorten the lining.
Fusti leather's response was that the lining was longer in order to protect my belongings in the bag, which I found ridiculous.
They offered me to return the bag but did not agree to refung the shipping costs, which I find unfair and cheating.
I decided to keep the bag as it is because I don’t trust them to issue me a refund

Ze zijn blijkbaar tevreden met hun score van 2,8/5 en vinden het niet erg dat dit nog verder daalt.
Hun website verspringt automatisch en daardoor wordt het verkeerde artikel geleverd. Onmiddellijk gemaild maar op vrijdag is hun klantendienst al om 15u50 gesloten blijkbaar en maandag pas om 14u weer open waardoor het te laat is om de bestelling te annuleren en zijn we ons geld kwijt.
Ze zijn telefonisch ook niet bereikbaar trouwens. Heel handig als er iets misloopt.

I ordered a small very inexpensive item and after reading the reviews my expectations weren't great. To my amazement, the item has been delivered via Deutsch post/royal mail 5 days after ordering. The leather quality is great and the communication from Gusti, re despatch and then royal mail to advise of delivery was brilliant. I would definitely order again.

Dreadful customer service from these people. I received 3 items and returned one. Never ever got a refund. Just emails with excuses saying they were dealing with it, which they weren’t. Chased it up about 7 times. Had no luck with refund. Avoid at all costs as they are dishonest.

I have ordered all sorts of items from belts, to bags, to bicycle saddles, etc. from Gusti both from their German site as well as via Amazon. In each case, I was utterly pleased how much top-notch quality I get for my money. The small leather bags and purses make excellent gifts. I usually have a couple of extras on hand for an ad hoc thank-you gift, silent auction, etc. All products arrive reasonably fast (international shipping is not as predictable as domestic USA shipping). I don't recall ever having an issue with any transaction.

Promised delivery within 7days and now 10 days past and stlll not here.
No number to call and after 3 messages to their email i still did not get a reply.
I can't comment on the design and quality as i have not even got it

Eerder een tas gekocht bij Gusti Leder waar ik tevreden over was. Ik wilde een grotere tas en bij Gusti Leder weer een mooi model gevonden. De nieuwe tas die ik besteld had kwam snel binnen maar rook erg sterk. Een vrij penetrante geur. Ik heb gemaild en kreeg het advies met kranten de geur eruit te krijgen. Dit heb ik een aantal weken gedaan maar werkte niet, de scherpe geur ging niet weg. Ik heb dit opnieuw doorgegeven. Ik kreeg een mail terug dat ik de tas terug mocht sturen (ver na de aankoopdatum) en ik heb mijn geld teruggekregen. Ik heb daarna precies dezelfde tas opnieuw besteld en deze was snel binnengekomen en zonder geur. Echt een mooie tas. Ik ga ervan uit dat de vorige tas een ‘productie foutje’ was. Bedankt Gusti Leder voor de goede service en fijn dat het goed is opgelost. Ik ga de tas met plezier dragen en zal in de toekomst weer bij jullie bestellen. Groet, Sanne

In de vakantie periode een tas besteld. Helaas niet zoals ik hem wilde, dus wilde hem retour sturen. Viel net buiten het omruiltermijn (tas was geleverd terwijl ik op vakantie was, dus kon hem niet eerder retour sturen). Gevraagd of ik dit alsnog mocht doen (was nog geen weekna verloop termijn), maar dit kon niet. Nu zit ik met een tas waar ik zelf niks mee kan/wil. Was van plan om een andere te kopen, welke duurder was. Hier zouden zij dus meer aan verdienen... Maar omdat zij zo ontzettend onflexibel zijn zal ik hier niet meer kopen.

Helaas voor hun nu 1 ster, terwijl de producten wel mooi zijn en meer sterren verdienen. Ze kunnen nog heel wat verbeteren aan de klantenservice waardoor de klanten meer tevreden zijn, sneller terugkomen en positieve reclame maken.

Ze claimen dat gun tassen tegen regen kunnen maar na 1 regenbui begon het leer hele gekke blaasjes te krijgen. Omdat dit nog binnen de garantie viel heb ik ze gemaild, maar na meerdere weken heb ik nog steeds geen reactie van ze…. Ze zijn ook niet op andere manieren te contacteren…

Op zoek naar een kwalitatief goede roltas voor mijn beitels kwam ik "Gusti Leather" tegen. In het assortiment een prachtige lederen roltas waar ik wel enthousiast van werd. Een leuke gravering erbij bedacht en mijn "aankoop voor het leven" kwam vandaag binnen via UPS delivery. Kwaliteit is zeer goed maar.. dit is geen roltas voor beitels blijkbaar.. te weinig gestikte vakken die bijna allemaal te nauw zijn. Daarbij alle vak openingen aan 1 kant met gevolg dat dus ook al je heften (handvatten) aan 1 kant zitten waardoor je domweg je rol niet meer dicht kan doen omdat de leren band te kort is. Ik zou graag met een ontwerper/ster overleggen hoe wel een roltas voor de vak-of ambachts professional te maken, hopelijk willen jullie blijven leren en heb ik, en al mijn vak zusters/broeders, als resultaat een spectaculair mooi stuk handwerk waar ik met vertrouwen, en ook een beetje trots, mijn beitels en accessoires (wetsteen, olie, geleider) in kan meenemen naar een klus, mijn gereedschap verdient het.

Gusti leather mag me benaderen, ik ben niet boos of zo maar een beetje teleurgesteld wel, verheugde me op iets moois dat ook nog eens goed te gebruiken zou zijn.

Today my Roll bag arrived, beautiful quality, nothing bad to say about it but I need to say: poor in design. I ordered this roll bag for my chisels because I didn't liked the canvas designs and sometimes you want to grant yourself something beautiful to protect your precious tools. Like most "wood workers and/or carpenters" I have two sets, with and without metal hammer caps because you sometimes need them depending on the job.
I can barely fit 5 chisels without the accessoires (honing set:stone, oil and guide) in my Roll bag due to the fact that every insert is placed in the same direction with end result that every handle is lined up the same and when rolled up it's strap is not long enough because of the "bulky" handles stacking up.
I'm not angry or feel cheated because it's quality is perfect but if Gusti leather is willing to learn I would love to help you design a "wood worker" (or crafts person) style roll bag beyond compare.

Our chisels, or other expensive tools, are bought for life, maybe handed us down since generations or were a (very precious gift) from loved ones. They deserve a good Gusti leather roll bag so contact me and we can design a true piece of leather art where we, crafts people, can work with, and be proud of.

Ordered a coin purse from these people it has taken nearly two months to arrive after phoning to find out where the item was they told me the post in Germany has about a three week turnaround nothing on the website about this if I had known I wouldn’t have bothered surprised they’ve still got a business

bought a backpack from these guys , the strap on the shoulder started to come apart.

had to return it for a refund.
very shoddy leatherwork and stitching.
am stunned they are still in business.

Prachtig lederen heuptasje ontvangen! Mooi leer, stevig en goed afgewerkt.
Super gaaf dat ik mijn naam erin heb laten graveren, is heel mooi gedaan.
Het was zorgvuldig verpakt. Snelle levering. Ben zeer tevreden!

I purchased handlebar tape and the left and right were not only a different shade of brown, but one was a solid color while the other was distressed and varied in color. They dont' match at all. I understood that a product like this would have natural variation but the difference in the tapes I had been given was quite extreme.

I bought several items from Gusti as part of a birthday present.

All I can say is fabulous quality and service.

The items arrived on time from UPS, precisely when Gusti said they would. They formed part of a birthday present so it was important.

The quality of the items is high and the design is well thought through and executed. The fastenings are well made which is sadly lacking elsewhere, in other suppliers I have bought from in the past. The zips and fastenings are metal so I expect they will last.

The personalisation is affordable and a lovely finish. What I also love is that all packaging is sustainable - labels card, string and paper packaging.

From the other reviews I read of an odour, I smell the pleasant smell of leather. I would not hesitate to recommend or rebuy. DELIGHTED is an understatement. Thank you Gusti. I will buy from you next birthday 😁

LET OP, KOOP NOOIT WAT BIJ GUSTI LEDER.

Nog niet eens één ster waardig.
Businesstrolley gekocht. Na 2 maanden wielen al kapot, netjes gemaakt, 2 maanden later weer hetzelfde probleem, weer gerepareerd, weer 2 maanden later weer de wielen kapot. Bijna door garantie heen. Ze nemen hem niet terug, ruilen hem niet om, storten geen geld terug. Dit is hun antwoord:

‘We kunnen het defecte product helaas niet ruilen voor een nieuw product of het geld terugstorten.’

Ze kunnen het wel, maar willen niet.
Ze bieden een 20% korting op een nieuwe aankoop, alsof ik hier ooit nog iets ga kopen, niet dus.

Ze nemen geen verantwoording als leverancier pakket voor de deur zet, zonder mijn toestemming. Pakket was weg en ze doen helemaal niets.

Super mooie rugzak cadeau gekregen.! Ik ben er heel blij mee! Goede kwaliteit en prachtig leer! De tas is mooi afgewerkt en ik draag hem met trots. Ik ga zeker terug naar deze tassen winkel. Behulpzaam personeel geeft goede uitleg over hoe de tas te verzorgen en te behandelen.
