We recently ordered a couple pendant…
We recently ordered a couple pendant lights from GUBI. I ordered them without the 10% off offer. I emailed that I didn’t recieve the discount and when they responded they already had taken care of it and gave me the discount. Pretty impressive. We have not installed the pendant lights yet(they are amazing in person), but based on customer service i would shop here again.

Amazing customer service
This company really goes above and beyond to offer an amazing customer service. My husband managed to damage one of my chairs. :-( After I contacted GUBI if they sold spare parts, they offered me the spare parts for free. Since the colour I had, was no longer in stock, I could pick any new colour I wanted. Really?! Tell me you give amazing service, without telling you give amazing service. Thanks Eline and the GUBI-team! I have forgiven my husband ;-)

Beetle chair is dangerous
Do not buy the beetle chair. They are very poorly designed and dangerous. Within 4 years of normal use, 2 chairs completly broke in two. The seating is connected by 4 very thin plastic hollow tubes. With normal use these connections will wear down over time and just snap. This product should not be allowed on the market. My experience is with the platic beetle chair.

Virkelig god kundeservice!
Vi havde problemer med nogle stole, der ikke fungerede ordentligt, og GUBI personalet behandlede os med afsindig flot professionalisme, hvor vi fandt en rigtig god løsning for begge parter.
I særdeleshed har Petra været fantastisk til at give os en god oplevelse.
GUBI er et lækkert design hvor også god kundeservice følger med.
