We’ve checked our system and, unfortunately, didn’t receive any email or message requesting a change of address, something we’re always more than happy to do for our customers whenever needed.
Regarding the delivery time, you selected our UPS shipping service, which provides an estimated window of 3 to 5 business days from the moment the order is shipped. Your parcel was sent on November 3rd and delivered on November 7th, arriving on the fifth business day, within the expected timeframe.
