GTH managed a flat for us in Gillingham. Our contact was Olivia Saunders. She always provided an outstanding service and we highly recommend GTH.

The Minehead branch of Greenslade Taylor Hunt knew exactly the type of home we were seeking and arranged for us to view this immediately. Katie Jo accompanied us around the property clearly knowing the house and gardens in great detail. We made an offer on the property there and then. After a couple of days we increased our offer and the sale was agreed. From viewing to Memorandum of Sale being issued was just 3 days, mostly because of the friendly professionalism and knowledge of Katie Jo.

Such lovely people who went above and beyond to help me sell my dad’s Bungalow. They showed real personal interest and tried to help limit the stress. Highly recommend!

Proactive, professional, friendly. Having tried another agent for 6 months, we switched to GTH and very soon - after paying extra for professional photos - the viewings started coming and continued to happen on a regular basis until a sale was agreed. This was largely due to proactive mailing of people on their database. I've used GTH previously for this reason, so was happy that this aspect of their service remains and genuinely makes a difference. But arguably it was the after-sales support that was even more important. Our chain was not proactive in communicating but thankfully GTH were - an absolutely vital part of the service, without which our chain would have collapsed and we would not have moved.

Very responsive and good communication

They were ok once we had an offer accepted. However they wouldn’t let us view the house as another family we’re considering if they wanted to buy it. Even though it was our second viewing. I had to find the owner through her job an email direct. Me and the owner basically did everything else direct. So not sure it was worth the money they had to pay them really. But as I say, they were responsive towards the end of the process

Everyone I came into contact with at the Yeovil branch have been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. All emails and phone calls were replied to in good time. Very good communication during the whole buying process. Chloe and Wendy who both showed me around the property were excellent.
Lauren has been amazing, keeping me updated and answering all my questions. Last but not least Juliette, who was very kind and compassionate went I went into the branch to sort out paperwork. Thanks you all.

I always felt that I was in good hands and that my interests were being well served. I was particularly impressed when my usual contact was on holiday and the agents for the people I was buying from raised a lot of awkward queries. Charlotte took over the matter temporarily and dealt with the questions very professionally and effectively. Docking one star because as always I dislike charges based on value of property rather than actual work done but this firm was at least the cheapest of the high street agents in Dorchester.

GTH were very accommodating from the first contact I had with them. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy at all stages of my house purchase that they were involved with.
As an overseas buyer I had to make quite a few changes out of the blue, and none of that was any problem at all, even when I had to let them and their vendors down at one stage.
I can’t fault them at all. I was made to feel valued and appreciated and I’ll always be grateful for that.
I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family, and would return to use their services for either side of a house sale/purchase again.
