Agent was extremely rude in response to an enquire I sent online. Just because she/he (not even identified) had to repeat an information that I didn't realise when first read the advert. That's the way they treat potential customers. I can guarantee that they would be very quick to get my money if I had moved forward. It's your judgement to decide if you want to make business with this kind people. I would recommend to avoid on any instance.

I have a large property which I put on the market 3yrs ago. Govn Budget changes caused the bottom to fall out of the housing market. Recovery for larger property sales is still not fully back up to speed. I have now accepted an offer, all thanks to the great sales team at Greenslade,Taylor& Hunt, especially Chris, Diane and Anita. I had been kept fully up to date regarding Housing Market movement, which was painfully slow. I was confident the sales team were doing everything they could to raise awareness about and was ecstatic when viewings increased. Having accepted an offer, GTH are now working through the sales process, which I am not familiar with as my husband would normally have dealt with this sort of thing. Being on my own it was extremely daunting, but in getting to know the friendliest sales team at GTH, they have always been incredibly helpful & supportive, with high levels of communication. I have trust and confidence in their service and procedures which is very refreshing especially when dealing with such an important matter of selling your home and finding another on your own, especially when the life changing cause was not foreseen, and selling your home is not a matter of choice. I wouldn’t use any other Estate Agent now, when you find a good company, keep using it, although I do not intend to move again. I have found a home that feels like it was waiting for me, I can’t wait to move in and start the final chapter of my story.

Selling a home is definitely all consuming, from the moment you make that decision to sell. You must have highly qualified, strong, ethical & friendly people to help guide the way and to know they are always in your corner. I cannot imagine what it must be like if you haven’t. I felt safe.

Greenslade, Taylor & Hunt met all my needs and wants with compassion in what was a traumatic reason for selling, and bad start (thanks to The Budget) when I put my house on the market. However, it was really nice to share my excitement of selling with them too.
There’s still a way to go but I am very confident the GTH (Wells) sales team have it all held safely in their hands.

We were very disappointed with the service we received while selling our property.
Communication was poor throughout the process. We rarely received updates unless we contacted the branch ourselves, and we often had to chase for information. Emails containing specific questions about our buyers' progress frequently went unanswered, and returning phone calls was inconsistent.
As the sale progressed, we expected more proactive support, particularly as we approached exchange and completion. Instead, we were left feeling that we had to manage the process ourselves rather than being guided by our estate agent.
Buying and selling a home is one of the most stressful experiences many people go through, and good communication is essential. Unfortunately, this was lacking throughout our sale, which added unnecessary stress and frustration.
Based on our experience, we would not use this estate agent again or recommend them to others.
