I had an issue with my first shipment getting lost in transit (SEUR/DPD). I contacted the support, and the store manager personally took care of the situation. He was very professional, communicative, and promised a replacement if the tracking didn't update.
True to his word, a replacement was sent out immediately and arrived in Germany within just 2 days. The lamp works perfectly! I am very impressed with how they handled the problem. Highly recommended for their reliability and great support. Thanks again!

Der Kontakt mit den Mitarbeitern war super nett und professionell. Ich habe eine Lampe bestellt und mir wurde direkt eine bessere, für den gleichen Preis vorgeschlagen.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Lampe und auch die Lieferung hat ohne Probleme funktioniert.

Hier würde ich immer wieder bestellen. Vor allem für diese Preise 😁

Compre por los descuentos de navidad un tipo de led ,, pero con las ofertas se les había acabado ,, asi que me comunicaron ,, y me ofrecieron uno de sus mejores led por el mismo precio y disculpándose problema que tenía de stock,, ya que con las ofertas se habían acabado muy rápidamente,, gente muy atenta,, rápidos en contactar y contestar,, gracias growshopled!!!
