Fantastic communication when the item I bought wasn’t in stock. Got it off to me the day they received it which was only a day later than originally promised. Would highly recommend them.

Hi Leonard,
Thank you for leaving a review. We're sorry to hear you've experienced issues with your delivery. We fully understand how frustrating this must be.
To clarify, once orders leave our warehouse, delivery is managed by Parcelforce and, unfortunately, is beyond our direct control. However, we’re more than happy to step in and assist in resolving this.
Please keep an eye out for an email from our team. We are already working on this and will do our best to help Parcelforce deliver your parcel to you as soon as possible.
For any future delivery issues, the quickest way to get assistance is by contacting our friendly customer service team directly. We’ll always follow up with the courier on your behalf.
We’ll be in touch shortly.
