Fantastic communication when the item I bought wasn’t in stock. Got it off to me the day they received it which was only a day later than originally promised. Would highly recommend them.

Good Products & Good Value…
I have used Grove Shop many times and always found them prompt, good value for money and good products at economical prices. I found that I had problems this time ordering from the online shop as the PayPal button didn't seem to be appearing on my laptops or on my phone. Tried paying direct with my card and couldn't input the long number from the card either. Different operating systems and different anti-virus on all. However, Grove Shop Customer Service were excellent in trying to solve the problem for me and ended up by finding my order and sending me a PayPal invoice. The goods arrived the following day. I have since ordered other items online from other outlets and had no issues paying with Paypal. Hopefully the issue will be identified and resolved.

Great selection of paints.
Great selection of paints.
Packaging could be better. Aerosols in a thin walled box do not ship well - with lids off and spray heads off.
Other than that I love dealing with these guys.

What's not to like?
Grove have fulfilled my orders without fuss, bother or bluster!
What's not to like?
Oh. Their insistance that I have some Haribo with each order!
Can't stand the stuff!
So, give them to my 2 year old granddaughter/grandson!
Drives the parents mad when they hit the sugar rush!
