Love this company! Great company, great products, easy ordering, and best of all- making a difference towards the betterment of our planet.

I love shopping here to get my cleaning supplies! Their products smells SO good and actually work. Bonus that they’re all natural and plastic neutral!

The gifts with every purchase were not received, and I reached out to them; one of the team responded, and She was accommodating and apologetic, and she gave me even credit in the store for my subsequent purchases.

Items I purchased were good, but their support is second to none

I really like Grove. Being planet conscious is a priority for me. The products work and smell great! I like how I can add or remove items each month. I can control the frequency of the shipment for each of the items. I like the chance to review my cart every time before the shipment is sent. I can call the friendly customer service employees if I ever have a problem. There is such a variety of inventory! I am enjoying moving my house to plastic neutral/free. I love the free giveaways with each order.

Some prices are way too high. Especially when it comes to laundry soap dispensers. Would love to see more home organization products. But love the products I do purchase.

I love Grove! They make my life a lot easier and I like being a more sustainable consumer with their products. The prices are great too––I'm a Grove VIP and it's totally worth it for the free shipping.

All I can say is my order is consistently correct. It arrives in a timely manner and I love what I receive. There have been a number of times when I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. The bamboo cutting board is fabulous and the cleaning supplies are always top notch. Thank you for being a wonderful company to do business with.

I have really enjoyed Grove Collaborative. I am using several of their products: laundry detergent, stain remover, trash bags, hand soaps, etc. The delivery is always fast and the products are fantastic!! I love that through their products I am helping protect our environment.

I really like the product selection and mission of Grove! Their customer service and IT departments could use sone help in troubleshooting problems; it’s been very frustrating troubleshooting my own problems with not receiving Grove emails consistently and not being able to access their mobile app. But, their lack of knowledge in these areas led me to resolving the problems on my own.

The way how Grove tricks customers in subscription speaks of unethical business practices. When you create an account they mention that you will never run out of stuff with a subscription model. You would assume that you can choose to subscribe or place a regular order. But it's not the case, once you place an order, you have signed up for a subscription. And it is never mentioned to you during the check out process.
This lack of transparency seems intentional. I find it very unethical and I can't trust a company like that.

I think one day they will be sued for that. Would be similar to a law suit against Audible.

My first order was so good I placed a second order and had it shipped to my sister. The package never arrived and instead ended up at a Dollar Store somewhere in town. I contacted Grove and was told I had to retrieve the package from the Dollar Store or contact the shipper and have them send the package back to Grove so that I could get my refund.
I asked to speak to a supervisor and got "Emily" who kept answering with canned responses. Even telling me to return the product that I had. I didn't have the product, I couldn't/can't return it. It was only my second order and I can't believe that I will now have to give even more money to Amazon if I want to get my deliveries. I had "Emily" cancel account and I will wait for the refund and hope I don't have to contact the credit card company.
It's a shame because I really liked the product and would have maintained the monthly subscription gladly. But instead I will find products on Amazon since I know that at least there's actual customer service and not canned responses that have nothing to do with the problem.
I purchased a product from what I believed to be a trusted company and when the product is not received they want me to drive around town trying to find it or worse, try to get through to the shipper and have it re-routed. I can't think of any other company that's ever said they wash their hands of a purchase once it's with the shipper.

Edit: 2 days later and a different customer service rep the order was fully refunded. I didn't care for all the runaround, but don't believe most people will have a shipping issue like I did. If someone new to Grove was on the fence, I would recommend that they go ahead and sign up. The products are high quality and if you want an eco-friendly home, Grove would be a good part of that. Whether I will shop there again, probably in time, once the sting of this wears off. I've changed my 1 star review to 4, but would have preferred to give a 5 star review if they had helped me to begin with.

Just frustrating they are out of stock pretty much always, but when it comes to their team 5 stars for sure

I have been super pleased with Grove. While there are some things I can still find cheaper at Amazon or Walmart, nobody can beat the Grove brand of cleaners. They are cost effective, clean great and smell great. Their dish soap is the only all natural soap I have ever found to rival the cleaning and grease cutting power of Dawn. Their floor cleaner leaves my floors sparkling clean with no streaks. Same with the glass cleaner. And the list goes on and on. There is a sweet personal touch added to each package sent out too, as well as a free gift each time. The only one negative I have ever found was that they charged me a yearly membership fee that I wasn't expecting and it threw my bank out of line for a few days. I didn't even know that I had to pay a yearly membership fee so it was a real surprise. But otherwise it's a great service and I am very pleased with them.

Grove has been the best app/ service I have ever encountered. Customer service is spot on and very helpful. Products are amazing.

When looking to be plastic-free and environmentally conscious with my buying practices this is a one-stop shopping experience for many items. Shipping once a month allows packaging of all items in one-box and shipping is free if you become a VIP.

I appreciate using products that are environmentally friendly and your products are excellent quality and we love everything we are using!
