I ordered my favorite ramen from them and got no tracking number. I emailed them twice and heard nothing. Their phone line is broken.

UPDATE: I filed a chargeback with my bank and several days after they contacted me telling me to withdraw my chargeback. Allegedly the item I didn’t receive was “damaged in shipping” and “was the last one they had in stock.”
Yeah not buying that. That doesn’t explain why I didn’t get a tracking number. They have emailed my twice now telling me to withdraw my chargeback so they can “refund” the money I’m owed. Yeah right. They wouldn’t have contacted me if I didn’t file a chargeback.

We love the reduced sugar preserves from Fiori di Frutta. When I saw a good price and our favorite flavor, blackberry, I ordered six. After weeks of waiting, the box came with six jars of APRICOT preserves. WTH? I emailed them as there is no way to call. No response. Emailed again twice and finally got a sickeningly apologetic email, saying that all they could do is refund one third of my money! The blackberry preserves are supposedly now out of stock, but I'm supposed to be happy that I'm left with apricot preserves I never ordered in the first place and forced to pay for them!
I always check reviews before ordering something but this time, I screwed up and did not. My bad, as nearly all their reviews are damn AWFUL and the few "good" ones are so grammatically poor that I'm sure they are fake. BEWARE.

I ordered through grocery shop and my first package. I was able to track it all the way to my city and it showed delivery but it never got to my residence. I ordered again through another company, but they used grocery shop for shipping. I can’t get a tracking number. I cannot contact customer service. I order through eBay and I can’t even track it through eBay. If I had known it was another grocery shop order I would never would’ve paid for it. I am convinced this is probably a scam.

I ordered cereal from them them, they took so long to ship it to me that I had moved to my new address and never got it. I sent more than several emails asking where it was and explaining what had happened and they now don't want to do anything to get me my product and they won't give me my money back either. Every time They responded to my email it was we "We are unable to assist you in this case as we are unable to trace any information" I can't track it either but as the customer I am not sure that is my position to track down the package that sent. It is their business but obviously their customers don't really matter, and they have forgotten as a company that without us they wouldn't have a business. Please beware you may pay for an item that you'll never get and don't think you’ll relieve your money back either.

I ordered some Russian cookies I was having difficulty finding elsewhere (at an affordable price,) and I used the express checkout feature (no account registration.) I did immediately get an email confirmation telling me my order was successfully placed, but no further email updates after that.
I attempted to track my order using the website, but either it's completely broken, or doesn't work without an account. So I was left wondering if my cookies would ever arrive. Fortunately, my cookies did arrive as advertised, and I was amused to discover that they simply drop-shipped the cookies from Amazon.
Whatever the case, I got the cookies I wanted, and I'm happy. Suggestion for website developers: Add a way to track your order without a registered account.
