I ordered 3 CASES of Riot energy drinks. I received 3 CANS of the drink. The charged me for the 3 cases. I should have read the reviews just like everyone else that got scammed has mentioned. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM BUSINESS!!!!!!!

I never received the product I ordered.

I never received my order, could not contact business, either by phone, email, chat, or regular mail! No response to my inquiries about my paid for order! Help!!

Horrible customer service. They don't answer their phone or reply to emails. I was double billed and I couldn't get in touch with anyone. I have tried them only one time but that was enough for me. I will never go back.

Love the Tiki Umbrellas, It makes you feel like your having Island time. They are great quality and durable

I only received half of my order. When I tried to contact someone for assistance, I got no response for weeks. It shouldn't take weeks for someone to reach back out after sending in multiple inquiries about a partial missing order and refund.

We love the bed frames, we got it cause our dog couldn't jump on the bed. Now he can jump on & off. Easy putting it together.

Order never received ever. I called and called but no answer and no working answering machine. Do not buy.

Tried to cancel order when I realized price was much less on Amazon. No response to chat, email and the phone number on their site is a fake. I disputed charge with my credit card company. Order arrived via Amazon with no notification then tried to return. Now I got responses but too late.

If I could give a negative -10 I would. They totally Stole $48 from me I ordered 2 of the same item. I only received one. I have reached out to customer service multiple times takes weeks to respond and just get the run around. The phone number on the website also does not work. Please don't use this site unless you like being scammed.

Broken items, everything is coming in separate boxes, all of it is in Amazon boxes, so I guess they just order from Amazon, no customer service response to broken items. Almost a scam.

i should have read the reviews. live and learn. i ordered some pg tips pyramid tea bags— not the regular ones i could just get at target. there is a difference. and they sent the regular ones. customer service non responsive—i’m not sure it actually exists. when i call the customer service phone number it rings and then hangs up. that about sums it up.

I placed an order on September 4, 2025. Groceryeshop had advertised "Stubbs Bbq Sce Smky Bsug ( 6 X 18 Oz )" for $23.69, which is a reasonable price when it isn't out of stock at most major retailers and the price gougers aren't trying to rake a person over the coals.

Instead of sending the product they'd advertised, they sent 1 x 18 oz. When contacted they replied saying that they had sent it. I told them I still had the packaging and that they could check the weight of same shipment and see that it did not correspond to the quantity of product ordered. They have since ignored me.

UPDATE:

After I posted my review, I heard from Groceryeshop again. I got the feeling that they had seen the review because they specifically addressed a statement made in the original review... Following a couple of pleasant emails they sent a refund.

I ordered something from them and never received it. I tried to contact the support team and never got any response from them. They are the worst company! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

This place is a scam. Ordered a 5 pound bag of candy. I received 2 pounds. Then they changed the ad to say 2 pounds. They will steal your money. Please go somewhere else or you may be sorry like me.

I ordered six one pound bags of beans. I received one bag! I immediately notified the vendor of their mistake and have received no response from them at all—48 hours. Can’t believe I didn’t check reviews before ordering from them. Never, ever again! Terrible service and worse customer service!
