Ich habe letztes Jahr Schuhe für 299€ bestellt. Die Sohlen haben sich nach sehr sorgsamer Behandlung und nur zweimaligem Tragen von den Schuhen gelöst. Der Kundenservice konnte mir leider nicht weiterhelfen und wirkte beim antworten ein wenig, als hätte die Person meine Nachricht nicht einmal vollständig gelesen.
Sehr schade, da ich bisher eigentlich immer sehr gerne dort bestellt habe.

Unfortunately, your customer service department was unable to help me with the statement "we cannot offer any compensation for the boots.
However, we would advise you to take the shoes to a local cobbler to reglue to soles back.“ It stands to reason that I can have the shoes repaired, especially since they weren't exactly cheap. My local cobbler also said that the quality of the shoework (at least in my case) does not justify the high price of the shoes. I think it's a shame that your support team didn't even offer to cover the repair costs. I understand that this goes beyond the legal warranty, but in the past I was happy to accept your comparatively higher prices and longer delivery times in exchange for what had always been very good quality and helpful service.

Brilliant company with a great customer service team people say it’s a costume and prop shop but I beg to differ with them on the fact they sell amazing knives of high quality carbon steel the steel used is from old railway spikes super good you have to see them in person to appreciate! I would Highly recommend these guys and please don’t try and cut trees with a axe that is designed to slash there’s a massive difference between flesh and oak lol I’ll say no more on the matter

I have ordered multiple times from here. I had a ring once that was out of size and couldn’t be resized and GRIMFROST took care of the issue swiftly and honorably. I have an arm band that has withstood the toxicity of working in the coal mines and I’ve worn ever since I became a law enforcement officer with no issues whatsoever. Extraordinary craftsmanship and equal customer service! 10/10 I definitely recommend

I've ordered many different things from Grimfrost! From Blades to street clothing, jewelry, and even a couple pieces of clothing from their historic viking line! EVERYTHING I've ordered and received has been top of the line at a fair price. All the way from Sweeden to North Carolina USA in 4 days.... that speaks for itself really! Never had any issues with anything I have purchased from Grimfrost. Their products are amazing. The clothing is soft and durable. The beard oils smell amazing and last a good amount of time. So many things to help you on your road to Valhalla. They have my business for life.
