The website was easy to use and found…

The website was easy to use and found what I needed very quickly, but I places my order a month ago on Aug 31 and have not received it yet. Very upset, my event is on sunday October 5th and I will not be able to participate with the rest of group who also order at the same time or after and have received their products.

Huge apologies for the late reply. No disrespect intended.

End of August and all the way througout October saw immense delays at the US border due to the new import regulations, tariffs etc. They created huge backlogs where couriers even had to use Alaskan warehouses to storage packages waiting clearance.

Luckily all that has been resolved long time ago, and our orders are flowing as usual to the US without any extra tariffs or other administrative costs charged from our customers.

Hope you understand and consider giving us another chance.

Great Asgardian service

Did several orders over the last years - not again

Did several orders over the last years. Design really nice. Quality of the clothes randomly changing, from good to okay. Quality of prints is mostly poor because not long lasting, prints on kids shirts not even short lasting. My last order at Grimfrost was definitely the last order, never again.

We haven't changed our clothes at all over the past years. We are still making our streetwear from organic, premium cotton, with the same printing method as it has always been.

The kid's shirts (the colorful designs) use a different printing method called transfer printing. This is required for all very detailed, colorful designs regardless of brand. They are generally long lasting, but can be damaged if not washed inside out.

Hope you understand and will give us another chance.

Schneller Versand der Bestellung, ordentlich verpackt. Die Rabenflagge entspricht genau meiner Vorstellung.
Wunderschön, sauber verarbeitet, Qualität des Stoffes hervorragend und die Farben und Muster sehr schön.
Bei Grimfrost habe ich mir eine Wunschliste zusammengestellt, die ich nach und nach abarbeiten werde.
