I had an excellent experience with Noor and the Green Recruitment Company (GRC). Noor, along with her manager Mollie, communicated very clearly with me during the process of applying and interview with my new employer. Noor's feedback after each stage was very fast and helpful. GRC also clearly had a good relationship with the employer, which gave useful insights about the role and made the process very smooth and open. I would absolutely recommend Noor, Mollie and GRC to anyone for finding their next role.

Working with Mallory Dale was such a pleasure. She was very positive and supportive along the way from the initial screening through to my final interview. She was really responsive, always prompt in providing any information I had requested or just to follow up on how things were going. This was my first experience with a recruiting agency and I have to give kudos to TGRC for the impressive work!

Overall, it was a great experience. I have worked with recruiters in the past and this one excelled in both communication and coordination. Each time they said they were going to reach out in a certain period of time, they always followed through. The one criticism I had, relative to others I have worked with, is that I think the recruiter could have done more to prepare me for interviews. In the past, I've had recruiters send me information about who will be attending the interviews and their respective LinkedIn pages to assist me in preparing for the interview.

My recruiter has already checked in with me after my placement and said he will check in again after a few months. The recruiters at the Green Recruitment Company clearly cares about the people they work with. Thank you!
