It was so easy to book and an amazing price.
Quick bus ride to collect car which was a quick straight forward process.
Nice car but could have had a wash.
Returning car was again quick and easy. Few checks and we were back on the bus to the airport.

I booked through a third party company - Rentalcars.com and then received a confirmation from U-Save, which is apparently connected with Green Motion. I did all the advance check in procedures and expected that we would be able to collect the car quickly at Stansted Airport. We were there for 2 1/2 hours! The staff couldn't have cared less. They said that we needed to give them a £2000 security deposit (despite paying for full insurance when we made the booking). We gave them a credit card to hold this but they wouldn't accept it because it was in my name and not my husband, who was the designated driver. My husband does not possess a credit card, so that meant we were stuck - the staff didn't care and spoke to us as if we were criminals! At no time during the booking process was I made aware that a credit card would be required IN THE NAME OF THE DRIVER. We ended up having to cancel our original booking and make another one. The woman was trying her best to get us to pay another £500 for full insurance - when I went online I managed to book the car, including the full insurance for £256.10. It's incredible that these people are constantly trying to rip you off! She was trying to 'upgrade' our booking with an additional driver for a mear £10 per day and then take out additional insurance in case we had a flat tyre - which would have been another £10 per day - this is all on top of the £500 she was trying to charge us for the full insurance. These companies are scammers - there is no other way to put it. I will never book through U-Save or Green Motion again and would highly recommend that you avoid it at all costs.

Very well organised from the airport to the booking desk. Quite quick to have the car and the same to give it back. The car was clean.

Straight forward hire although surprised with the fuel deposit not verified on the website agreement. £88.00 expensive and as yet not returned. I filled the car up to more than the level on pick up.

Réserver ma voiture à Londres Stansted s'est fait sans problème à un prix très compétitif. Le personnel était aimable, professionnel, serviable et efficace. La voiture avait une fine rayure sur le côté, mais sinon, elle était impeccable. Ils insistent un peu trop sur la vente de leur assurance (chère). Michael, qui a finalisé le dossier à mon retour, était excellent ; ce fut un plaisir de le rencontrer. Mon voyage s'est très bien passé et Green Motion y a grandement contribué. J'ai eu pleinement confiance en eux et je referai appel à leurs services sans hésiter.

Hi got charged for fine for a drop off at Stansted airport drop off zone which I paid on time but fined all the same with added admin charges of 68uk pounds plus the 10 charge sent all my details and snap shot of tariff paid from my bank account and still waiting to hear Hannah and Rafael from admin as they said they would investigate that was 7weeks ago

Nice, private area a bit away from the trouble of the airport (quiet and relaxed), easy to reach with the bus for free, not in a parking garage, nice people!

I told one of your Staffel that the Peugeot is a clans lower but he ment no and I had to drive with 3 people and luggage in this little car !!!

A year before your staff tried to sell me lots of insurances, but I told before i have everything allready booked. It took a long time before I could leave

I recently rented a car from Green Motion at Stansted Airport, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish.

A massive shoutout to Don, who looked after us during the return process. He was absolute perfection—incredibly polite, professional, and patient, welcoming us with a warm smile that instantly washed away any travel fatigue.

The car itself was in spotless condition, ran like a dream, and made our trip remarkably smooth. Dropping it back off at the end of the trip was just as quick and efficient.

If you are flying into Stansted and need a reliable rental, I thoroughly recommend Green Motion. Ask for Don if you want top-tier, friendly customer service—he is a credit to the company!
