I ordered a set of replacement Acerbis bars for my hand guards and Greenland MX were the only people who actually could supply them. They were 49 quid so I took a punt. I then checked the reviews on here and resigned myself to losing the money and getting nowt for it. Well, they just turned up, well packaged, exactly as ordered about 6 weeks after ordering. To be fair, this is a Spanish company, they don’t stock a lot of what they’re selling so you’ve got the lead time for them to get the item, then the delivery time from Spain to wherever you are. If I’m being honest, I would buy from a UK firm before a Euro company normally but in my case there was no choice. I paid my money, the right item turned up and I can’t really complain.

SCONSIGLIATO!! ho acquistato una batteria per una beta rr 300, dopo circa 6 mesi la batteria ha avuto dei problemi, ho chiesto la sostituzione in garanzia, dopo un primo contatto, non ho più avuto notizie, non rispondono alle mail, sconsiglio di acquistare in quanto nessuna professionalità nel post-vendita, sopratutto se acquisti di un certo valore

Je mets 1 étoile car il faut la mettre .nul fuyez ce site j ai commandé un protège carter d embrayage pour un 250 yzf 2023 .la pedale de frein arrière touche le protège carter , service technique me dise tout ai OK ça se monte .je demande un retour de la pièce pour un remboursement et la grosse surprise 18e de frais de retour pour une pièce à 35euros .j ai perdu cet argent et j espère que personne commandera sur ce site de m....

Gran decepción…comprando siempre en esta pagina como compro,, hice un pedido del cual en la pagina ponia que un artículo de ellos no estaba en stock pero que tardaba dos dias,, me tuvieron mareando con la locutora dos semanas para que me cogieran el telefono bueno ,,de otro artículo de ellos lo pedi y como no abia foto en la web me vino mal , pues sin abrirlo y sin nada me lo e tenido que comer con patatas.. no me lo quieren descambiar y me an tenido mareando entre uno y otro i alfinal se a puesto una chica en contacto con migo que no me lo descambia .. fatal una pieza de casi 50 € para tenerla colgada en la vitrina,tened cuidado con lo que pediis porque luego no os descambian las cosas y os marean entre unos y otros

Their appointed carriers admitted that tried to deliver but to the wrong address on three occasions. They then returned the package, consequently I have been charged for shipping despite having provided this company of UPS statement. Greenland are a disreputable and deceitful firm. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM.

I ordered a £200 pair of boots that boasted extra grip and comfort and protection , when they eventually arrived they looked good in the box but after trying them on found they were not comfortable and one of their added features was an “afterthought” of a toe guard that was a wafer thin piece of shiny metal screwed to the outside of the boot and sole which then made you slide around like you were wearing ice skates… so, disappointed, I put them back in the box and took them to the post office who then charged me £60 to send them back to Spain ( obviously not the fault of Greenland MX, that would be the idiots who voted out of the EU ) after excepting the fact I was now £260 lighter I waited… and waited… and waited but Spanish customs had different plans and after about 4 weeks they decided to send them back to me with a ‘customs not paid’ sticker on the same side of the box as the post office customs paid sticker, so against better judgement, I tried again thinking it was a genuine error and it had just been misdirected but how wrong I was Spanish customs then kept them for about three months until the insurance ran out and the return policy was void, Greenland MX did eventually receive them and offered me £65 money back for the boots… so Spanish customs and the extremely unhelpful “not my problem” attitude from Greenland MX customer service, basically cost me £195 for the displeasure of purchasing from Spain.

Achtung, Finger weg von diesem Händler.
Zuerst liefern er die Ware nicht und beschuldigt dann auch noch den Kunden.
Die absolute Unverschämtheit ist, dass dann auch noch der volle Kaufpreis nicht erstattet wird.
Dann doch lieber in Deutschland kaufen !!!

Ordine in consegna 5/7 gg lavorativi peccato che UPS lo consegnerà in 12 gg lavorativi. Pagato 25 euro per niente e hanno ancora ragione loro. Avrebbero fatto bella figura se avessero restituito i soldi della spedizione, invece hanno ancora ragione: MAI PIU!!!!

Ho fatto diversi aquisti , utilizzano UPS come corriere assolutamente affidabili, puntuali e veloci.
Nell' ultimo aquisto pero' , l' imballaggio non era adeguato al prodotto , mancava di protezione ,con il forte rischio arrivasse l' articolo danneggiato. per questo non posso dare piu di 3 stelle.

Trabajan con una única empresa de transportes(correos expres) que no funciona correctamente, devueven tú paquete sin haberte contactado ni acordado contigo que lo recogerías en sus instalaciones. Ellos,según Greenland, si lo han hecho. Sin prueba de ello alguna(ya que no es así y no puede haberla) Greenland te cobra tanto los gastos de la devolucion del paquete, como un nuevo envío,si lo quieres(con la misma empresa de transprtes,que trabaja como expongo). En resumen te quedas sin tus productos a tiempo y peleando una injusticia que por mucho que he tratado de solventar con ellos no dan solución justa. No recomiendo trabajar con ellos, al menos mientras mantengan los envíos con correos express y esa politica hacia sus clientes.(ya en el futuro ex-cliente,lógicamente, después de años comprandoles y sin ningua devolución ni problema por mi parte). Recomiendo trabajar con otras páginas, mejores precios y mensajerías de mayor nivel como Nacex y Seur.

Intanto ricordate che con "Disponibile in 5-7 giorni lavorativi", si intende disponibile nei loro magazzini, non era ben chiaro, ho provato a chiedere informazioni e il servizio clienti è inesistente, sia via mail che per via telefonica, mi fa pensare che in caso di effettivo problema si rimanga belli fregati, in più il giorno della consegna appena il pacco è arrivato al punto di ritiro, mi arriva una notifica che dice che il pacco sta tornando al corriere sotto richiesta di Greenlandmx, per fortuna sono andato a ritirarlo prima che venisse mandato indietro, potrebbe essere stato un errore del corriere, ma guardando le recensioni negative di altri utenti, che si sono visti restituire la merce al mittente senza ricevere neanche il reso, mi viene da dubitare sull'attendibilità di questo sito, ma magari sono solo supposizioni.

Acquistato e pagato casco Mtb marca Fox, è arrivato il tracking number dello spedizioniere con numero sbagliato e da li dopo numerosi solleciti per risolvere il problema e loro risposte di rimanere in attesa di news non ho più ricevuto nulla ne casco ne accredito. Tengo a precisare che la mia segnalazione viene fatta oggi trascorsi domani i 30 giorni di tempo entro i quali avrei dovuto ricevere la merce ordinata e che mi sto rivolgendo alla Sezione Operativa Sicurezza Cibernetica della mia provincia per la giusta segnalazione. Ho acquistato e pagato anticipatamente una merce con resa franco destino, i problemi del trasporto e quindi del tracking number sbagliato e relativa perdita della merce acquistata sono a carico della ditta venditrice . Non possono non farsi carico di quanto sopra. Sottolineo anche le innumerevoli chiamate al loro centralino con le solite risposte automatiche senza possibilità alcuna di parlare con un loro operatore. Per esigenze sportive ho dovuto infine acquistare il casco da altro sito, se mi dovesse mai arrivare prossimamente sfrutterò l'opzione del reso ma dubito vista la mancanza di serietà di questa azienda che ne verrò fuori...Consiglio quindi stare bene alla larga GreenlandMx se potete.....

J'ai commandé une batterie chez eux.
Ils se sont trompé de produit dans le colis. Quand je leur ai fait remarqué, ils ont dit que la batterie n'était pas adapté à ma moto (ce qui est faux car c'est le modèle recommandé par le manuel) et, ensuite, Beatriz Maestro avec qui j'étais en contact a arrêté de répondre.
Vous vous en doutez, la batterie reçu vos 20€ alors que celle commandée en vaux +60€.

Tout simplement une escroquerie. Une plainte a été déposée.

Absolutely shocking, scam.

Rubbish scam company they sent out an exhaust repair kit that doesn't seal and then refused to refund me, ended up doing a charge back with the bank but they will no doubt be awkward about that too, please note this is a spanish company and they deal with refunds a different way (or won't). Your returns postage will be horrendous and it's a massive headache, make sure your ordering from UK based firms for parts/ tools ect, greenland mx is particularly sneaky as they use a UK domain name. Buyers beware

Fate attenzione !! Non acquistate nulla da questa gente.... Vendono merce difettata e potreste rimetterci la salute.... Io ho acquistato delle gomme e l'anteriore ai è squarciato da entrambi i lati.... Ho rischiato la vita....

An sich super schnell angekommen und alles top. Ware leider trotzdem zurück, weil bisschen zu klein. Und was passiert dann? Rücksendung wird in Rechnung gestellt. An sich wäre OK aber direkt 20€ für den Rückversand??? Kein Hinweis darauf, weder bei Bestellung noch auf dem Rücksendeetikett. Finde es bissl frech.
