The offerings for hosting are very reasonable. The interface is well thought out and efficient. Whenever I have had to get support, whether by phone, chat or email, the response has been fast and the resolution has been fast. When I had ongoing questions I was able to append to an existing ticket easily and the response was just as fast.

Once I learned the dashboard, paying for hosting was very simple. The system provided a paid invoice which was simple to use for reimbursement. GreenGeeks is a well oiled machine that maximizes the use of the Internet and computers.

Performance and reliability are top notch, but the real difference maker is the self-help options allowing one to get answers to questions and concerns fast, and make necessary adjustments and changes to options without having to resort to speaking to technical support. BUT if you do have to speak to someone, their responses are very fast and the reps are very knowledgeable.

All of the support and follow up were top notch. Problem solved in no time. 2FA was keeping out but I was able to get help almost immediately. Being a luddite made it that much harder, but the folks at GreenGeeks support were patient and eager to help. Two qualities missing from this world.

First request for assistance with domain transfer, they CALLED ME!! When I got over the shock, the tech rep got me straightened out.

Second request, because I didn't get the nameservers pointed correctly, the tech rep responded within the hour of submitting the ticket and completed the steps I had neglected. Now I'm up and running.
