Product arrived in good time. I like the idea of natural help for the garden. I bought fuschia gall mite predators and am hopeful the treatment will work. In fact after a couple of weeks I can see an improvement. I am planning to buy further products from this company.

Excellent customer service. They're my go to company, for a lot of garden products, especially nematodes. Good info on their website, easy to order, and items are dispatched and delivered promptly.

Had cause to ask if I could refund part of an order today (not dispatched yet), as I'd ordered ahead in spring, forgot, and ordered again last week. Oops. I didn't expect a reply today, let alone a refund showing as pending already, so 10/10 for customer service too.

It's things like that, that keep me returning as a customer. Thank you.

I purchased the nematode trap. It was expensive for what it was. A small piece of wood with cutouts filled with a type of nematode gel.
I followed the instructions to the letter. After the first 12 hours I noticed gel had come away from the wood, 2.5 week in and the gel is just sitting on top of the soil. A useless product and a waste of money! To protect the product I placed it directly under a plant and placed cardboard upright around the plant to protect it. Total waste of money. I would not recommend. A Useless product

So the response for the sale of a product that does not function as it should, that by their own admission is still being sold without adequate knowledge of whether it performs in specific weather conditions.

If a nematode trap is used as per instruction it shouldn’t fall apart. To note the trap was kept in a shady spot under a plant and protected with cardboard it was neither too wet or dry. Please explain what conditions would suit this product because your response is pointing at the weather?

Thanks for the exact temperature requirements that’s very helpful more so because I am confident the trap was in optimal temperature conditions.
I note that you refuse to accept returns for items that are opened and or used? How is it possible to determine if a product has an issue without trying it, Please advise I’m confused?
The product in my opinion is faulty, the description and instructions are also misleading and lack the information you are now presenting.
To note: I have used nematodes for many years and do not agree with your claim that the gel fell out due to the temperature.
