no issue with the products or with…
no issue with the products or with Greenfeel...but the courier was useless...the courier delivered to another address, in way way similar to delivery address, and a mile away...my package was delivered some days later by resident from wrongly delivered address (although no idea why the accepted delivery as proper address was clearly labelled)

Good coffee cups and food packaging boxes. Lots of choices. I use them to pack food for taking to work and also to store in freezer. Good price too. Fast delivery.

We tried the ice-cream cups first time…
We tried the ice-cream cups first time and found them useful. The contents stay well and once taken out of freezing, is ready to eat with in a few minutes. The quality of the cups is good. Hence we have ordered a larger quantity. Overall happy with the service. Thank you.

Boxes came wrapped in black plastic
Boxes came wrapped in black plastic, which is not recyclable and not necessary for transportation. Kind of defeats the object of buying compostable cups in the first place. Probably won't purchase from here again purely because of this.

Thank you for your order and this feedback.
Kindly note pallet wrap can be recycled either at home or at your workplace.
We do use pallet wrap for some parcels in order to optimise delivery costs which we keep as low as possible.
In our case, sending 2-3 small boxes would cost us 2-3 parcels rate, by sending as one- we save delivery costs, therefore, passing savings on to our customers.

Good prices good customer service

I sent an email regarding this at 10am this morning and received a response back at 10:02 rectifying the issue as they assured it would be sent with next day delivery on Monday. I cannot fault the customer service at all and I’m really excited to receive the correct product. Thanks.

Buying online was easy and the product…
Buying online was easy and the product price was good. I appreciate that the good were despatched quickly but it as I chose the 3 working days option I thought delivery would be made on the Monday. In fact the delivery was attempted on the Saturday when I was out all day. Again not too much of a problem but I had also given instruction for delivery to a 'safe place' if there was no answer. Instead a card was left saying they would attempt another delivery on .... Monday ! Over the purchase experience was good but let down a little by Parcel Force who did not follow our instructions.

Paid for next day before 10am and it…
Paid for next day before 10am and it arrived 5 days later, some of the product damaged yet again on arrival. Given the company more than a few chances and will not be doing business with them again.
