The worst experience of my life
The worst experience of my life. After they made their final offer for my phone, and I said no, they sent it back to me bent in half. It was intentionally damaged. I am in the shipping business for 28 years and I have never seen any damage like that. They won't even do anything to help me resolve this. I now have a phone that is useless. If was at least usable when I sent it out.

Customer sent in a damaged phone that they claimed to be in good condition. We offered a revised quote and they declined. We then shipped the phone back to her the same day. The phone must have been further damaged by usps in transit. The accusation that we would purposefully damage her phone is completely false. We simply packed up the phone and shipped it back like we would any other phone that was returned.

Wow! What a company. I had issues as I didn't know about phones (was selling for someone). They were patient when I made a mistake and guided me through on what to do. I had a check in no time. Great customer service, great company.

Process was painless and simple. Took about 10 working days to receive check in the mail after I sent phone and they received, about 2 weeks time total. I would have given 5 stars if offer was just a bit higher.

Great experience with GreenBuyBacks! The process was as easy as they said it would be, and they are true to their word in what to expect. I found the device I wanted to sell, got a quote, gave them my email for PayPal, and received a free shipping label. Boxed up the device and sent it in! I literally got my money PayPaled to me the day it arrived! That was on a Friday around 3 o’clock! I thought for sure I would have to wait over the weekend, but nope. Would definitely come to them again to sell old(er) electronics!

Thought I was getting more for my phone. I picked my phone on their website, shipped it & expected $55. Only to get an email saying it was that type but a lesser model & offered me $20 less. Wish that would have been told to me on their website. Kind of disappointing. But that seems to be the kind of practice's that these websites do.

Thanks for the feedback. This is not a common industry practice. You checked out for a completely different model than what was shipped to us. We outlined that in an email to you. That is why we offered a lower price which you accepted. We always give the option to ship items back free of charge if you do not agree with revised pricing. Hope this helps!
