They're greedy and the worst buyers…
They're greedy and the worst buyers compared to the others. They claim it's broken when it works perfectly. The other places accepted it fine. I wouldn't trust them unless you have a brand new item. They're just low ballers here.

We are unsure of which order this is referring to but it we deem an item broken that means it arrived damaged / not functioning or meeting specifications initially checked out. We always ship phones back for free to customers if they do not agree with the revised pricing. We would only state damaged in the phone was broken.

My iPhone 8 was returned to me packaged nicely and at no charge but with no explanation. A sticker with the number 11023 was affixed to the screen. What does this mean?

You initially checked out to sell an iPhone 8, but we received an iPhone 7. We tried email you various times and calling, but did not receive a response. We shipped the phone back to you rather than sending you an amount you were unaware of due to the change of model. Thank you.
Trustworthy & reliable
Greenbuyback made selling my locked iPhone X super convenient. Cons: I didn’t get as much money as I was initially offered, and they were on vacation the week I sent my phone in, so it took about a week for the complete transaction.
Pros: they sent me a box and shipping label the day after I “purchased” from them, and they emailed me back within 24 hrs when I had questions. They also sent the money 1 hour after I got the final offer by email. Very trustworthy and efficient way to sell products I couldn’t sell online.

Easy and Quick

Everything went very smooth
Everything went very smooth. I sold my
iphone X. They made me a decent offer, I sent it out it took about one day to arrive my state is pretty close to their office in Jersey. My money was in my pay pal account the following morning so the process as a whole took about three days. I would definitely suggest them and use them again.
