Especially with financial products, the most important skills are to listen and be proactive. These are the two attributes that Tiffany has. When I talk to Tiffany about challenging situations with merchants, she is there to resolve them with a very strategic plan. They were pretty easy to work with as far as getting funding however they were only allowing a minimal amount, but they are taking out twice the payments they were referring to The payments were only supposed to be $109 per day They are taking $109 twice a day which is not the agreed upon amount so I am very disappointed in that because it is taken back double the funding that was giving and is taking it faster than I am using it.
