Greenbox Capital saved my business from a disaster. If you are looking for a great company to get money from with reasonable rates and what you are looking for look no further than Greenbox Capital. I was dealing with Isabel Dias and she was amazing. So if you are looking for a great bang for your buck please get in tough with Greenbox Capital and tell them what you are looking for and they will work with you.

I would STRONGLY encourage small business owners to STAY AWAY from these people , they charge a 4% fee of the amount of the loan to start with , then if your loan is over $100K, they require you to provide your latest tax return , THEN claim that they need to send IRS Form 8821 to verify your the business owner and to verify that the tax return you sent them is valid and you didn't send them a fraudulent tax return - This is where BEWARE, they send you IRS Form 8821 from a third party company Tax Guard- READ WHAT YOU ARE GIVING ACCESS TO !!!! they tried to be sneaky and obtain 10 years of tax records, when we were only told they needed to verify ownership and the tax returns they requested , when they were called out about it , they claimed if the form was changed / altered the IRS would reject it - Of course this is a pure lie , after they knew we had in house legal counsel who actually called the IRS about Form 8821, then they changed the form to just asking for access to the last 3 years (still not what they had told us to begin with) , so we signed that and now today we are told it wasn't the IRS who rejected the form , it was THEIR CLOSING TEAM, so many lies and shady business practices from this place , I agree with a lot of the other 1-star reviews, they only look at you as a profit margin and that is it , if your not careful about reading what they send you , you will get screwed over NEVER ACCEPT something that is different then what a loan company tells you they need, that's the first sign they are shady and to STAY AWAY - FYI IF YOU LEAVE GREENBOX A REVIEW OTHER THEN THE ONE THEY WANT YOU TO LEAVE - THEY WILL REFUSE TO FUND YOUR LOAN - SO I WOULD BE VERY SUSPICIOUS OF ANY 5 STAR REVIEWS AS GOOD CHANCE THEY ARE FALSE !!!!!!!!

I had the pleasure in dealing with James S. Right from the start and thru the process,James served me with the upmost satisfaction. I was funded within a day and a half. Also, he pulled strings that I was amazed and went beyond of the amount asking. As well, he told me stuff and added details in the contract that I didn't even know about from earlier funding.

Vincent was direct, quick and helpful during the entire process. I really appreciate his support!

I had the misfortune of dealing with Chelsea Lauriston and Michael La Chapelle as my customer service reps. I was ready to pay back my lump sum and qualified for the 60-day discount, but they charged me for an extra day. Basic math with them felt like pulling teeth. They don't comprehend simple requests and unless you stay on top of them, they will likely try to squeeze out a few extra hundred dollars from you like they did with me. Happy to be done with them and will never use this institution again.

Greenbox is incredible, seamless portal access, fast funding, and very strong terms. I will always come back to Greenbox for funding.
