Hello

Hello. I’m waiting the package from the UPS, and I still can’t get it. It’s been already almost two weeks since I wait for my package and they still don’t manage to deliver it. And I tried to contact them many times. I’m very sad about this situation and I really hope I will receive my package very soon!

Needs better refrigerated packaging

The cold items barely came cold and only 24 hours as most of the ice melted. The boxes should be labeled accordingly so just to ensure they would’ve been kept cold throughout the travel. This is also important for food safety. Some of the packaging was placed in the boxes upside down and also causing major breakage of all the breadsticks and cookies. Most of the items already tried were good. The sheep and goat yogurts are the best ever. A must try.

Reply yo Greek Flavours: sorry I don't agree as 48 hours would have spoiled the refrigerated articles. Obviously what you're doing is not good enough especially for the summer. I would consider using styrofoam coolers.

Excellent ⭐

I ordered several fresh and packaged products from this site and i was extremely satisfied.
The quality of the food is excellent, and the authentic flavors took me back to Greece. I highly recommend this service to anyone who loves Greek cuisine!

Commande incomplete

Deuxieme partie de la commande arrivee au bout de 11 jours et il manquait un article que vous m'avez rembourse mais que vous n'avez pas voulu me reexpedier. Tres déçus pour ma deuxieme commsnde chez Grerk flavours...

oltre alla velocità di evasione la cosa che più mi ha pienamente soddisfatto è l'imballo e la cura con cui vengono spediti i prodotti, non nego la mia preoccupazione nell'ordinare dei formaggi, il pensiero dei giorni di viaggio con prodotti molto delicati, grande la sorpresa quando ho aperto il pacco e ho visto come i prodotti erano confezionati, su una sacca termica con all'interno dei sacchetti di ghiaccio sintetico ancora freddi dopo giorni di viaggio. Complimenti avete conquistato la mia fiducia e sono già pronto per il nuovo ordine. Non è da meno l'imballo con cui è arrivato il vino. Peccato non avere pensato a filmare il tutto cosi avrei pure fruito del 10% disconto. Grazie e complimenti
