I ordered olive oil from the company and made an error on my address, consequently it did not get delivered. This company responded immediately, to help me to get it delivered to an alternative address. But sadly parcel force did not deliver it to my local post office. They then requested for the parcel to be returned to them. They then refunded my payment immediately. I feel they have a positive, friendly and responsive attitude to their customers. Which is rare these days rather than the norm. I will not hesitate on placing my next order with this company. This is why I have given them a 5 star rating. I am a guenuine customer and this is an honest feed back. Thank you kindly for all your help and look foward to making my next purchase with you. I highly recommend you.

Ho fatto l'ordine il 14 dicembre, domenica; oggi 17 dicembre ora di pranzo è arrivato tutto in un super imballo, i prodotti freschi addirittura in busta gelo con il ghiaccino. Riguardo la qualità dei prodotti al momento non posso dire nulla e lascerò una recensione dopo averli assaggiato ma, se tanto mi dà tanto, non credo assolutamente di rimanere delusa. 5stelle+++

I think the website should say there may be UK import tax. So I got an unexpected charge over £20.
I think they didn’t put the correct import code because food products should be 0% tax.

Retsina Kourtaki è un ottimo prodotto ampiamente conosciuto da tempo. Spedizione con imballo perfetto, ma il corriere DHL usa purtroppo un furgone elettrico non adatto a strade in pendenza e richiede quindi il soccorso del cliente.

commande de vin Retsina, commande perdue, la société nous proposait de nous renvoyer un colis de 6 bouteilles à nos frais !
Dans la même commande: 3 kilos d'olives Kalamata, rebelotte, colis perdu puis reçu après plus de 3 semaines d'attente et de nombreux mails de réclamation ! Bidon composé d'olives molles et de toute petite taille, de mauvaise qualité et olives sur le gâteau: véreuses avec formation de levure sur le dessus; après contrôle sur un échantillon de plus de 60 olives, toutes véreuses, on a jeté l'éponge !
Produit Sativa à éviter à tout prix !

Bons produits mais quand vous commandez des produits frais (Feta, yaourt et autres) , les dates sont très courtes 10 jours, c'est vraiment dommage et pas sérieux pour conserver le client.

The clothing looks cheap with iron on prints. The quality of the iron on prints are terrible. I will never buy from here again.

3 stelle perché non ho ancora acquistato e non ho ancora acquistato perché i prezzi sono scandalosi per prodotti che nella maggior parte dei casi sono industriali. L'italiano possono pure fregarlo, il greco no...

Perfetto l'imballaggio e tempi di consegna ragionevoli.
I prodotti da forno (pane cipriota e pita) eccellenti, i piatti pronti alcuni buoni (zucchine ripiene e polpette con i risoni) altro (pasticcio di pasta) ottimo mentre non i è piaciuta per niente la moussaka.
Ottima anche la salsa alle melanzane, senza infamia e senza lode le olive sia verdi che le kelemata.

Ho ordinato per Natale 9 kg di kourabiedes e 9 kg di melomakarona, oltre a vino di Samos, pagando il tutto in anticipo ovviamente. Mi vengono recapitati 7,5 kg di kourabiedes e 7,6 kg di melomakarona, di cui 1/3 circa in briciole a causa dell'imballaggio inadatto. Il giudizio può essere positivo? Si può desiderare di ripetere l'esperienza?

Ho vinto un pacco partecipando ad un'estrazione su instagram e in breve mi hanno contattato e scritto tutte le informazioni relative al mio pacco e in due giorni dall'avviso di spedizione mi è arrivato tutto, in condizioni perfette. Tutto buonissimo e farò volentieri un prossimo ordine!

Buongiorno amici, siete fantastici. Per chi come me vuole sentirsi in Grecia costantemente, loro possono aiutarti. Le consegne sono veloci per i prodotti freschi mentre aspetti un pochino quelli prodotti ma il tutto viene a destinazione senza intoppi. Spero che amplieranno ancora con altri prodotti. Sono gentilissimi e cortesi. Ora vi lascio e vado a scartare il mio pacco.

The first time I ordered from Greek Flavours I had an excellent experience. The products were great and arrived quickly.
This time around, it has been 18 days with one inexplicable delay after another and the order still has not arrived! I wrote to the contact email address offered and I got a standard “We are sorry” message from a bot, but no information on where the order is. and the Fed Ex tracking information has not been updated in a week.
Customer service should be more attentive to orders that get sidetracked. I need my order or a refund.
