Really lovely company to deal with

Really lovely company to deal with. Extremely comfortable bean bag chair. Its very sturdy and obviously well made. Lovely crushed velvet cover. Its upholstery standard so will hold up well against rips and tears.

other than the couple days delay…

other than the couple days delay everything was great, letting your customers know you were unable to ship on the estimated date was also a great service. the beanbag is of better quality than expected and absolutely feels like one of the better purchases made this year. thank you for your service.

Good morning Fiona,
My apologies that you are unhappy with the bean bag. The Deckchair is one of our smallest bean bags we do, and we manage all of our product photography ourselves. We do position the bean bag in a way which attempts to replicates the shape of the bean bag when somebody is sitting on it, however I'm sorry you feel that our images are misrepresentative.
We do offer one free exchange or return, so if you wished to return the bean bag to us you could do so.

Vintage gamer chairs

Original order didn’t quite suit us so we took advantage of one free exchange. It was very simple to do and we love the replacements. Would definitely recommend this company - they clearly understand their customers.

Quality bean bags

Quality bean bags, although I realised I had chosen the wrong colour when they arrived. Customer service to change them was friendly and efficient and a week later we are enjoying them greatly.

The beanbag was perfect

The beanbag was the perfect size for my 6ft 3in Son. It was so well made and arrived with clear instructions. I am very impressed with customer service and will certainly recommend this UK company.
