The customer service is absolutely stellar! They answered my email within literally five minutes and they refunded the UPS charge since I wasn’t home and had to work that day that it was delivered.

Joymela responded not only extremely…

Joymela responded not only extremely quickly, but LOGICALLY. She saw my order was missing glassware. She offered to send it to me now, rather than making me wait for next shipment, at no cost. She realized that the order confirms state an adult over 21 must sign, but already let me know that no signature will be needed before I had to ask. (It's glassware! Not wine!) So far, I am super pleased with everything about Gratsi.

I ordered the trial pack to check it…

I ordered the trial pack to check it out and after the purchase I opted to get the box of wine as well. When my order arrived, I only received the trial pack thinking the box would show up soon. After a few days, I reached out to the company and they found the error and in a couple days the box was sent out. I’m LOVING all the wines and especially being able to have a glass of wine with dinner without worrying about the bottle going bad. Love the boxed wine!

Great wine and service!

I couldn’t believe that I got such an immediate response on a holiday. I was flabbergasted. Their agent Peter kept me updated several times during the evening. I don’t think Customer Service could ever get better than this..,,and the most important thing, their wine is as great as their service! I am one happy customer!!

Great customer service

I had an issue with being charged a small fee for having the delivery forwarded to my local UPS store because I didn't know if I would be home to sign for the order. I contacted them and received a response within 24 hours. They refunded the money without question and were very kind about it.

I received a quick response to my concern followed by solutions I could consider to resolve the delivery issue. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. While at first I was concerned the process was very convoluted and inconvenient, the solution was quickly resolved by Gratsi and I look forward to receiving my first order!

The white and rose are delicious

The white and rose are delicious. The red is very flat. I would never buy it again.

I have to drink an entire box to get a buzz the “sugar free” promotion lay’s completely misleading when I have to drink three times as much to feel questionably as calm and pleasant. Won’t buy it again. Not worth it. One bottle of normal wine gives me way more than I need. I can have two glasses at 100 calories or an entire box at 300 calories or more and feel way better with the former

Taste is incredibly personal, and while our Red is actually our #1 best-selling wine, we completely understand that not every profile is the right fit for everyone.
We did want to provide a little additional clarity regarding alcohol content and our sugar added promise. Gratsi Red is 13% ABV, which is in line with many traditional wines on the market, and each box contains 3 liters of wine (equal to four standard 750mL bottles). Our zero sugar messaging is intended to highlight the wine itself, not reduced alcohol content and removing sugar does not reduce the wine’s ABV. We also want to highlight that we stand behind our Happiness Guaranteed promise. Since the Red simply wasn’t the right fit for your taste preferences, we were happy to refund that box because we truly want our customers to enjoy what they’re drinking.
We know everyone experiences wine differently, and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to be part of your wine journey, even if we weren’t your perfect match.

Delivered faster than expected

Delivered faster than expected, had it delivered to an UPS store down the road so it was easy to pick up, love the taste of the Red Merlot. Plan on ordering one for my next door neighbor who's helped us out quite a bit.

Unreliable-scammy company.

Why did I even considered giving this compnay another chance?
I ordered two boxes of wine, never received it. Contacted UPS who did not take a picture and the signature is not me (or anyone who lives here or in the neighborhood).
Contacted Gratsi and spent 25 minutes on a chat only for them to inform me to contact UPS.
I have screen shots to show the communication as well.
Never again!
I have already shared my negative experiences with this company and will continue.
Meanwhile, organic no sugar or additive wine companies are a dime a dozen, plenty of competition; they’ll lose.

When you reached out regarding your delivery, our team immediately began investigating with the carrier once we saw the package showed as delivered with signature confirmation at the address provided. During the chat, we let you know we were actively looking into it and asked for a few minutes while we reviewed the shipment details. While we understand waiting can feel frustrating when an order is missing, the interaction itself was much shorter than described.

Because the package reflected as delivered, we initially followed our standard process and asked for a brief window to allow for possible delivery discrepancies. We also made it clear that if the package still could not be located, we would make it right.

Once you informed us the package had still not turned up, we acted immediately by processing a replacement order. Our goal has always been to help resolve situations like this as quickly and fairly as possible.

We completely understand that delivery issues can create a disappointing experience, and while we're sorry to lose your trust, we do want readers to know we stood behind your order and worked to resolve the matter.
