No customer service

Purchased 3 jars of body butter. One was completely smashed with glass and cream everywhere. Packaging was terrible. Only some plastic was wrapped around them. I tried to contact customer service a couple of times. Even sent a photo. No response.

I paid a lot of money for nothing.

I went to Puerto Rico and was introduced to this product at Beauty Boutique. I purchased the platinum gravity-defiant express V lifting for under the eye. Needless to say it does not work because I was sold a product that was empty.

My young daughter purchased $160 of…

My young daughter purchased $160 of face cream from a kiosk in Miami after feeling pressured by the salesman she advised she was flying back to Mexico the same night with hand luggage only and said she would be able to take through to security as over the liquid limit, he assured her she could as was sealed and had a receipt. My daughter called me after purchased and i advised she wouldn’t get through security and would be confiscated and to go back for a refund, the kiosk refused a refund, I spoke to the kiosk sales person and advised he took complete advantage of a young girl (22) on her own and completely lied to her, but still refused a refund. On arrival at Miami airport he had to put brand new face creams in the bin and has nothing to show for her $160 he should be ashamed of himself and should not pressure young vulnerable girls into buying something he knew she would not be allowed to take through security at the airport

The best products

I've been using the Gratiae products for over a year now and, frankly, I'm addicted to them. I especially love the Lifting Facial Serum and the AHA Cleansing and Peeling Foam. I like how my skin feels and looks after using them.
The orders were shipped quickly and delivered by a courier.
It is also very pleasant that a nice gift is attached to each parcel.

Gratiae Compassion and Ethics

Gratiae states on its website accommodating refunds for items bought at a kiosk. We have a family member with a diagnosed bipolar disorder and manic episodes who bought over $11K during one such episode. We tried to return the items the very next day, the Kiosk is not willing to work with us. So we reached out to Gratiae Customer Service, and they are also not being helpful. This is a young married couple who cannot afford to be 11K in overdraft. Compassion and understanding would go a long way to showcase this companies ethics and values.

OVERPRICED!!!

It’s a very good product but it’s so over priced in the shopping Center I paid £120 for the mask gel and moisturising cream!! That’s insane when online it’s around £23 pound for on product I would recommend to avoid it all cost when buying at the shopping Center

I changed my mind...

I started having bad opinion on package delivery, as I ordered product on April 4th and did not received anything on April 21st. I sent email to customer service, but their reply finished as junk email, so never noticed they tried to contact me. Stephanie from customer support called me on 23th and told me package was lost at postal office. They just send another package by Fedex with a tracking number. Thanks to Stephanie from customer service :)

Packaging is Terrible

The packaging on every product I have seen is terrible. The inserts when existing come broken, seals leak and many times arrive open. Terrible quality control, products are filled to obvious different levels especially the liquid products.
