Recently ordered a bracelet from their website for my wife.
After about two hours of wearing it, we noticed that one of the amethist stones had fallen of.
Their was a little brakage in the bracelet itself.
So i contacted by instagram.
The way they respond to customers is not ok.
They just telling that they’re checking the materials before they upload the product.
I said that i would believe that but that i find it strange that if its real gold, the bracelet wouldnt break in just two hours wearing it. So there already must be some damage to it.

They keep telling that its not their fault because they checked it.
Not any kind of service you would expect.
I wished they could just have done something but theyre not even reponding anymore.
I dont even have words for this..
last time ill order and for the people ordering be aware.

I purchased a lovely little gem ring here for a very reasonable price back in November 2025. It is clearly stated on the website that these are pre-loved items and may have signs of wear. The only downside to my purchase was that the hallmark had been rubbed off. I am delighted with my purchase and I will have the metal tested for my own piece of mind but still delighted with the gem stone.

Great shop! Have ordered from the Netherlands (for a bracelette) and everything went smoothly. Item is was on the post after a day or two. Was with me within 7-9 days (due to import fees in the Netherlands). You can’t pay with Klarna (it’s only available in the UK) to extend your time to pay for the item. That would be an improvement.

I’m delighted with the purchases and service I’ve received from Grange Jewellers on the 2 occasions I’ve purchased.

I have contact dermatitis on my hands and I can only wear gold. I’ve worn the first ring I purchased (diamond half eternity) daily for around 2 months and I’ve not had one issue. My most recent purchase (tri gold ring as a 30th birthday gift to myself) is absolutely beautiful and so unusual, I’ve worn it since it arrived a few days ago and again not one issue.

These rings would have cost 4-5x the price I paid had I went to a high street jewellers.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

This instagram page / website works with two others of a similar lay out (Danjmt and Gunners jewellery). I have followed them all for a while, and noticed that supposed one off vintage rings that I had my eye on would show up time and time again across each of the pages. I thought it was a bit off as they were meant to be one off rings, but when I noticed a ring I had wanted but it had sold out come up again I snapped at the chance - the staggered daily drops across the three pages creates urgency.

When the ring arrived I could tell straight away it was fake - it looked like plastic, with chips in it, and the “ruby” looked like a kids plastic toy gem. As this was a fake item i was worried I wouldn’t be able to get my money back as this website appears to be a con. I am not sure if it’s just a few items that are fake - if they see which items sell quickly and reproduce them across the other sites. Luckily I did get my money back by saying the ring didn’t fit. I was worried that raising concerns about the legitimacy of the “gold” ring would lead to them ignoring me.

So if you are reading this please be weary of these websites. Ask for photos of the product to be provided in clear daylight / sunlight, or better off, just block them. I understand the daily drops exist to make you think you need a so called one off piece but it may (as in my case) be plastic. It is not hard to fake a stamped hallmark for a photo.
