Worst experience online so far. I have bought a piece from this seller in January. On January 17th the tracking says it’s in customs, I live in UAE and customs in UAE take 1 day to finish, if there’s any payments the courier contacts me. Nobody contacted me ever since, it’s been 3 months and the item is still stuck in customs. I have emailed the seller Daniel many many times and he just keeps reading the tracking info provided online like I don’t know how to read it myself. I have contacted royal mail also multiple times with no response. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

First purchase went well. I purchased 2 separate times within an hour of each other and requested my items be shipped together via email. Never received a response but they definitely put my orders together for me!

Really poor communication. Have been emailing/messaged on instagram as these seem to be the only contact methods. Was really interested in a particular ring but it fills me with no confidence that the seller cannot communicate. Shame because they sell some nice stuff!

Great shop! Have ordered from the Netherlands (two times, for a ring and earrings) and everything went smoothly. You can pay with Klarna to extend your time to pay for the item and it is often on the post after a day or two. Was with me within 7-9 days (due to import fees and processing time in the Netherlands). I am very happy!

Ordered 5 items- 2 rings, 2 earrings and a necklace. It was international shipping which was surprisingly quick and seamless. Only issue I had is that one of the earrings has no markings of it being gold (will get it checked with my jeweler), also BOTH of the earrings didn’t come with gold backs, but rubber ones. When I messaged the seller about this, he said they weren’t pictured with the gold backs (they were).

Purchased a ring described as having a black opal. Received a ring with a triplet. Nowhere in the description did it indicate that it would be a triplet. Very disappointed with the intentionally misleading description - will now need to pay to replace the stone.

Received the goods as described, nice stuff. Love my new ring, been wearing it every day. Was slightly sceptical at first as i came across them on instagram. But received my order about 2 weeks after. Had to pay import duties with the mail service. This should probably be mentioned on the website (an indication of how much).
