I placed an order for a sample of wallpaper on 10th March & have yet to receive it on 18th March.
I contacted Graham & Brown to ask if the finish of the wallpaper was matte or shiny & was told they were unable to answer my query.
I have no faith in the company & would not recommend them or use them again

Thank you AnneMarie for helping rescue a wallpaper ordering situation. After learning that the colour way of the Kingfisher Wild Chervil paper was out of stock I waited for a reorder only to find there were six rolls and I needed eight. Annemarie changed what could have been another few months wait by working quickly with the UK office and I’m excited to receive my order in just a few days. I’m even holding out hope of having the install completed by my new year (March 21).
Really appreciated AnneMarie’s customer focus and problem solving!
