I have been working with Graf UK for some time now over numerous projects. I have mainly spoken with Debs, who always provides amazing service. Always friendly on the phone and nothing is too much trouble for her. I completely trust the process when I am speaking with Debs (and her other colleagues too!). I can not speak highly enough of them! From start to finish they provide a very friendly and professional service. Their knowledge has proved invaluable when offering a product and installation service to the end user. The communication and technical guidance Graf provides sets them apart from others in the industry. A great company that I will continue to use.

I always receive great service from Graf, they are very thorough on how they conduct themselves.

When I purchased my large water butt and connected to the rain water down pipe it didn't collect water.
You imagine after spending £s for it not to work how frustrated i was.
After contacting the company and talking to them they sent me a replacement diverter. Once I replaced the old item everything worked well. Now thats what I call service, well done

Best service ever!
Ordered some items to finish the refurbishment of my drive and was short by one strip of edging. I didn’t need a full pack so thought I would be a bit cheeky and ask if I could purchase just one strip. I sent an email and was surprised, and delighted, to receive a package, within a few days, with the one strip sent FOC. Happy Days!
