Bought the Graf green slim wall tank 330litres. Good thick plastic so I think it will last well.
Only complaint is the tap supplied is useless. sprays water all over the place (and I have checked it has no blockage) and the thread on the end is slightly different to standard UK fittings. I will need to empty water butt to replace.

After just 4 years service we had to pay just over £1,600 for repairs to our Graf one2clean septic tank which was £500 more than the original cost before installation costs. The Graf sales pitch says they last over 20 years if properly maintained. Our septic tank was serviced annually by an approved Graf supplier.
When we complained to Graf they really showed little interest or concern.

Purchased a 150l water butt.
It was the cheapest on the market.
Delivered on time.
Couple of bits missing.
Rang the helpline.
They were delivered in a couple of days.
Totally stress free.
A pleasure to deal with.
Can't understand why you would shop elsewhere.

There was no indication of the actual delivery date, luckily I was in . The compost bin had two chunks broken out of it inside, I hope this is no indication of how long it will last in use. I assembled it and have started to use it as I am hoping the broken bits wont affect its use.
I did find it difficult to click the sections together, one corner only fastens as the top, and however much I pushed and maneuvered it would not click together at the bottom.

Due to water changes going up especially being on a water meter we already have two waterbutts but needed a really big one, having looked at many on the web, I came across Graf UK loads of designs and sizes to fit our garden,I ordered a 350 litre with a slate design tall and slim to fit on the patio discretely and eventually cover with a climbing plant, excellent quality really well made complete with tap and full instructions, we got free delivery within a week excellent service and price thank you,

Ordered a terracotta pot water butt and a hot composter. Both at the best price I could find for either product online via GRAF. Very easy to liaise with the courier and so ordering process was easy. The terracotta pot water butt is quite a garish orange colour but I'm hoping it will age with time for the money I paid for it... The texturing is very clever indeed so we did decide to keep it in the end.

I ordered the 350l wall tank for my rainwater. After a few weeks delay it was delivered. It comes with everything needed to set it up and start collecting rainwater. It fits down the side of my property where I wanted it to. Very easy to set it up and because I got it when the sale was on it was also a good price.

Everything was good. Both water butts arrived on time and without any issues. No problems.

Purchased a Garantia Rapido rain water collector from the website. Easy ordering, excellent price and quick delivery so pleased with the service overall.

I am a returning customer and have positive experience related to my previous purchases, all rainwater harvesting and storage related. The products have stood up well and continues to be reliable. My latest purchase is a Lava finish 2 in 1 water butt to match one I already have installed. We experienced a slight delay on the delivery due to a communication issue with the transport company, a brief email with Graf sorted it out and the item was delivered the following day. I installed it on the same day, it is working and matches its other half nicely. I am very pleased with the Graf products and their service and will not hesitate to use them again.

This is about the sixth time I have ordered raised planters from this company, some have been in place for few years and look as good as day one. They are easy to construct and look great in various configurations. I had a bit of a problem with getting my last order through on the new website but the company sorted it quickly following an email.

Excellent communication in the design stage which then was followed by the installation team.

Ordering via website was fine - delivery experience was rubbish - I missed a call and responded to book delivery as requested. Delivery date arrived and having waited in for delivery all day - I then received a call asking when I would like to book delivery. Having explained I already had I was basically told I was lying - cancelled the order in the end and went with someone who values the customer experience more . I then received an email asking me to make this review having received the goods as a valued customer - what a joke
