Absolute scam
Absolute scam. The bags are made of PU and the return process is non-existent. AVOID!
The reply below is laughable. I went 10 rounds of emails with them to return the piece of plastic (website says genuine leather) and their AI responder is very sorry but very useless. Much like the drivel below. I ended up doing a charge-back on my card.

Scam scam scam!! Please beware.
Scam scam scam! Atrocious quality and they will not entertain returns. False advertising and an all round unethical company. Do not be fooled!
Edit: regardless of their reply you will get nowhere by emailing them. I had already tried before posting this review and gave them every chance. Don't waste your time or money. I have already given those bags to charity.

BE WARNED!!!
BE WARNED!!!! THIS IS A SCAM. First, I received an email saying that they were unable to deliver. I called the number and emailed the company, but nobody answered. I received the bags I ordered, and I'm not happy with the product I got. The workmanship is so bad. Although advertised as genuine leather, the items seemed like plastic and had an odd smell to them. This company is a scam!!. I want to return all the items.

I would rate “0” if I could
I would rate “0” if I could. What I received was a NON-LEATHER, cheap looking bag. I’ve attempted 3 times to request a return but no legit response. Someone said sorry and told me they will take it under advisement but no return. RUN from this scam!!!!!
The manner in which they attempted to fix the problem was to refund 10%. THEN when I said that wasn’t good enough they wanted ME to pay MORE to ship it back to them for a refund! That is NOT how you fix a problem that is completely their problem. I stand firm on my position that the bag is NOT EVEN leather. I will be donating my bag to Goodwill.

I'm back to continue my rating of this company. These are the emails I have sent them so far. I have not received a response:
I am waiting for a response concerning my return. As I explained in the email below, I feel like the merchandise was not satisfactory. The bag wasn’t “from the finest full-grain leather”, as is claimed clearly on your website. I want to return this bag and I expect a response, as I have met the deadline, which is what is stated on your site.

Subject: Refund request
Today I received my bag, Kim’s Masterpiece Classic Bag. Order # GB125465. I want to return this bag because, unlike the bag description, this is not “from the finest full-grain leather”. This bag is made of PU leather, near as I can tell. I can certainly tell the it is not genuine leather. I am requesting a refund of my purchase price. Please send me the instructions on how and where to send the bag for a refund of my purchase price of $77.88.
I have yet to hear back from you. Plus the email address you put in the answers to poor ratings is not a valid email address. I have all the time in the world to keep rating you bags and being honest about how dishonest your company is.

It would be nice if I got updates on…
It would be nice if I got updates on the status of my bag getting to me more frequently as I did in the beginning when I ordered it. I think a few more updates is better than no updates. The outside of the bag is nice soft leather it’s wonderful feeling and it looks great The inside of the bag could be better quality material. I feel that this material is not going to last long before there’s a hole in it or a tear. I hope that I’m wrong and if I am, I’ll come back and give this a better review of five star.

Scam. "Grace" is A.I. and has 6 fingers
Had I just looked more closely at the picture of "Grace", I would have realized that it was A.I., lots of wrinkles and 6 fingers on the right hand. These bags are not leather. I was fooled by the web site, perfect English, photos of actual leather bags. I'll just have to take the loss. Please warn people about this scam.
