Gough Recruitment Recenzje

Bec was extremely helpful through out the entire process. Always went above and beyond with communication and guidance which has resulted in myself securing a position in a friendly, fun environment!

Matthew Franke in particular is an absolute delight to deal with! A man of integrity and ethics, he is a credit to Gough Recruitment and the recruitment industry in general where these attributes are generally lacking! If I could give 10 stars I would!

I had tried a few self sourced interviews and the candidates could have done the job but weren't clear standouts. I needed a way to find the right person and quick. I was put onto Matthew Franke from Gough Recruitment and all my problems were solved - mostly! The issue I faced now was 3 highly qualified and exceptional candidates to choose from (good problem to have). Matt's immediate supply of resumes was outstanding, his willingness to help and guide me through the process was outstanding, his timeliness on arranging interviews and answering any questions was outstanding! Gough Recruitment are lucky to have Matt and I was lucky to work with him. If you need assistance finding the right person for your business look no further than Matt Franke!

Justine could not have been more helpful or kind in understanding my position and what I was needing.
I’d most certainly recommend Justine and her team to anyone in need of this service.

I've had the opportunity to use the services of Gough Recruitment & in particular Matthew Franke. On both occasions Matt exceeded my expectations with exceptional placements that suited myself & my business. Matt is very professional & an expert in the field of Recruitment & matching the right people together.

Great company that have helped me out with work when I needed it most! Would recommend to anyone.

I was very happy with Julia @ Goughs. I thought she listened well, was professional and organised and was good matching me with relevant employment prospects.

I enjoyed the communication when roles came up, employers were quick to respond if moving forward to interview stage. Overall thrilled with the employee I was successful with and the prompt attention to detail Sharna and the team provided

Thank you Jessica Shiels for your outstanding service and professionalism, it was been a pleasure working with you whilst placing a recent Temp PM in our office. We look forward to working with you again in the future.

Ryan at Gough was amazing as soon as we met. He had many opportunities for me and got a grasp very quickly on my needs in a new employee. I appreciate his dedication and support immensely.

Jess is fantastic when it comes to sourcing temps, she has a great database of experienced people and will go above and beyond to fill last minute roles, an absolute godsend!

Anytime we have needed the assistance of Gough Recruitment for temp or permanent staffing needs, they have always provided us with a personalised and professional service. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

The staff were lovely and friendly. Used their knowledge and skills to place me in a job within a couple of days. Thanks a bunch!

I was dubious to apply for any job listed under a recruitment agency, as past experiences with agencies was not very helpful. However Gough Recruitment and especially Geoffrey McDonald delivered the professional service and kept in touch throughout the whole process. Within a week I was back in the workforce.

Thank you Geoff

What a relief to feel like someone is looking after what is best for you!

I have been in my recent employment for a little over 5 years and to be honest, i envisioned being there forever! Never did i think i would consider moving on, but life has a funny way of keeping you on your toes.

It was daunting....the thought of searching for a new company, new people and especially a new area. Terrifying in some ways as we become so complacent with regularity and security.

I was fortunate enough to have been put in the hands of Alex Papadakis.

He was confident, reassuring, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive. Most of all, i felt like he was being honest with me which was important. Alex went above and beyond to secure a position with a company that was the right fit for me.
I feel at times i asked too much of him and yet, no matter what awkward conversations i threw his way he always managed and was incredibly gracious about it.

Alex also has a great sense of humor and was able to make light of my anxiousness which helped greatly during the process.

I am incredibly grateful to have come across Alex and would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Thank you Alex!

Great communication from Jeremy Kennedy throughout the entire process.

Honest feedback.

Great listeners

Great profile matching

Alex was great to deal with! One of the best recruiters I’ve dealt with!! :)

Alex was fantastic! He helped me every step of the way!! Would recommend!!

Gough are so professional.
I hate recruiters - but Gough do their job, they have quality temps and candidates. Recruiters keep you informed every step of the way. Best recruiters in Brisbane by far.
