I joined the company and paid the full amount of $29.97 and the monthly $9.97 on October 24, 2024; then I have paid the next monthly payment of $9.97 on November 25, 2024. I joined with my company bank account, the company being Sentinel Group Travel Limited in the UK. After numerous telephone messages and emails I have had no reply and still cannot get access to my account as I have no login details? MAYBE THE COMPANY WILL REPLY TO ME AFTER THIS REVIEW?

After your reply of 31 January 2025 I still cannot access my account can you send me the login details to my email please.

I am willing to update review once I am emailed with the login details ...

I've been a customer of Got Backup since December 2023, thus far I'm extremely pleased with this platform. I also have a Dropbox acct as well as Google Cloud Storage, however, since GBU has given me and my family 6TB worth of storage space for less than $10 a month, we no longer have a need for these other platforms. We're able to backup absolutely everything from multiple devices apiece. I'm also very impressed with their customer support, they are very responsive. There's been times I've received a reply from them after 2235 hrs, 10:35 PM EST.
I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to save money as well as protect their precious memories, files, documents, photos & videos.
