Gorailtravel Recenzje

This is the first time we have used a travel service as I have always done the booking myself. We wanted to see a bit of Italy and and travel by train all over Switzerland. I had a very good initial conversation with Sean who walked me through the process he used for trip planning. It would be far easier for me to have the travel booked by a specialist who can handle all of the hotel bookings, rail travel and recommendations and booking for activities we are interested in. Sean listened well and sent our initial itinerary for review and it was absolutely in line with what I had outlined. We reviewed all of the details and then decided we wanted less train travel time and more time at our destinations for hiking, exploring and site seeing. Sean revised our trip based on my input and came up with a great itinerary that we are very excited about. I am confident if we need to make any changes or have additional questions before or during the trip that Sean will be there to answer them.

Joe was absolutely fantastic to work with in planning our Italy and Greece trip. From the very beginning, he took the time to understand exactly what we wanted—balancing efficiency, comfort, and unforgettable experiences—and turned it into a seamless, well-thought-out itinerary.

He guided us through everything from flights and rail travel to hotel selections and excursions, making what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy and organized. His recommendations were spot-on, especially when it came to optimizing travel routes and avoiding common pitfalls. We especially appreciated his insight on timing, transfers, and how to structure the trip so it flowed naturally without feeling rushed.

Joe was also incredibly responsive and detail-oriented, answering all of our questions and proactively offering suggestions we wouldn’t have thought of on our own. It’s clear he brings both expertise and genuine care to his work.

If you’re planning a multi-destination trip and want someone who can truly elevate the experience, I highly recommend Joe. He made this dream trip come together flawlessly.

Working with Alex in advance of our trip has been brilliant. She is responsive, detail oriented, and enthusiastic. It is clear she wants us to have the trip we envision -- a custom experience -- and not a one-size-fits all. My conversations with her and imagining great adventures have already brought me joy!

Wehave not been to Ireland before and we wanted to see as much of the country as possible in the time we had. Peter at Gorailtours has been so helpful to accomplish this and make suggestions. I gave him some things I had heard about and he put together a trip that we are really looking forward to. He drafted the itinerary and then followed up with phone calls to get my feedback. This made it much easier for me. He was always pleasant and helpful.

Peter was great to work with- he’s knowledgeable and helpful and communication was spot on- highly recommend!

Peter helped us plan an itinerary that is perfect for us. He was helpful and patient and answered our questions. We definitely would recommend GoRailTravel.

My wife and I were initially hesitant about going with Go Rail Tours because of the overall cost. Joe, our advisor was very patient and worked with us to reduce costs without really affecting the overall vacation experience. We reached a more comfortable number and have booked our trip!

The initial contact was made with Peter and after finally deciding exactly what we wanted out of our 25th Wedding Anniversary trip to Ireland and Scotland, we secured an appointment and itinerary with Gorailtours. Tristan was the main agent that helped create and make changes to the itinerary based on where we wanted to visit and when. Tristan was very personable and helpful through the whole process which happened very quickly. He was able to get us the trip we wanted and we place the deposit. We are waiting on the next stage of the process with the reservation team. But so far this has been a great experience. Thanks Tristan!

I just finished booking my Ireland vacation with Gorailtours. My travel agent Peter was so amazing! He was friendly knowledegable and adjusted my itinerary seemlessly to provide my family the best possible trip experience. The process was effortless and I am so excited for my upcomoing trip! Fran

Sean did an amazing job listening to what we were interested in doing and crafted a vacation that met our needs. When we wanted to make some changes, he was quick to modify our itinerary and help us get it all organized. Thank you Sean!

We decided to use GoRailtours at the last minute, after trying to arrange an itinerary ourselves. So glad that we did. Sean was very helpful in helping us decide where to go, including finding activities, accommodations, and even restaurants. He made the planning part easy, and I feel much better about our upcoming trip! Much appreciation to Sean and GoRailTours.

Peter did a great job helping us plan our trip to Scotland coming up in September. He listened to what we wanted and didn’t want to see.. very easy to work with. We are traveling by rail as we weren’t sure about driving.

We wanted a customized trip to Ireland via train and Go Rail travel was the answer for our trip! Peter came up with an itinerary based on the locations we wanted to visit with extra time at the national parks like we wanted.

I just wanted to write how amazing this company has been as I’ve started planning my 2027 excursion to Scotland! The Agent assigned to to me Adam, has been extremely professional and kind during the process. I highly recommend GoRail Tours and ask for Adam.

Peter has been very knowledgeable and helpful when assisting with our questions. He is quick to respond, and has put together a great itinerary for our group.

Adam was so kind and brilliant at making me feel that our trip was possible. He helped adapt plans to fit our budget and was so authentic in his communication and seemed to genuinely care about helping people experience the joy of travel, a real and lovely human.

This trip was for my wife’s birthday. I spoke with Adam about the places we would like to go and he sent us a well planned tour including those destinations with a good balance of excursions and free time for us to explore on our own. All of our tickets were provided to me via email and it was all seamless from moving between cities to the planned excursions. Thanks Adam for helping make this a fantastic and memorable birthday trip.

Peter was great to deal with. Phone calls, texts and emails to make up a trip for us with lots of recommendations.
