Gorailtravel Recenzje

Alex has been a fantastic support and advisor for my first visit to Scotland. She listened to my goals and interests for this trip and made a plan tailored just for me. I am so excited for this trip and cannot wait to share pictures with my friends and family after!

Ease of access to information needed! It was laid out in simple and easy to follow format! Peter, went through the details and made sure we were all on the same page! Great service and very courteous!

Peter was amazing. From day 1 of his contact with us thru the day we finalized and booked our travel, Peter patiently and expertly listened, worked with us, and made changes and scheduling adjustments to make the trip easy for us (four retired elderly folks traveling). He understood our limits and setup excursions and guided tours that would match our abilities.

We are excited about the trip and am sure Peter and GoRail Travels will be part of some of our future vacations.

Joe was very efficient in reaching out to prepare an itinerary for us when previous travel plans were disrupted. Joe made great suggestions and provided hassle free booking experience. Look forward to our trip this summer. Thanks Joe

We are so excited to be trying out a new type of travel - by rail. Joe has put together a very interesting agenda for our upcoming August trip - accommodating our prior travel commitments, event changes, dates and answering our list of pre-trip questions. Thoroughly professional!

Alex was an absolute pleasure to work with. She listened to what was important to us, changed the few things we wanted and put together a fantastic itinerary for our trip! This is our first time going to Scotland and we are so excited to see everything we wanted to!

We booked our Scottish holiday with Tristan, what I really liked was that he got us an itinerary very quickly and then followed up with video calls. He made any adjustments we wanted and answered all our questions quickly. Following up and changing what we needed is very useful for a procrastinator like me. Thank you Tristan :) Kim and Craig

We dealt with Sean. He was amazing to putting our trip together. We had 2 video calls with him and multiple texts.
He made several changes after each call. Talking to him was like talking to a friend. Lots of storytelling. I would highly recommend him. He made the booking process so easy.

Peter was very attentive and productive with helping us plan our GO rail travel trip to Scotland in September 2026. He modified the itinerary to make sure we would see all the areas we were interested in and worked with us on making changes as requested promptly. He always called on time to discuss the rail trip with informative and detailed emails as a follow-up. He included a great video describing the entire itinerary with a personal commentary and was able to answer all our questions. We are really looking forward to our rail trip to Scotland this Fall. Thanks Peter!

Booking my trip to Scotland, Alex was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on where to go. She listened to my list of places I wanted to go and made adjustments as we made small adjustments.

Sean was so helpful and personable. He listened to all my responses and changed the itinerary accordingly. He was great to work with and we got the trip of a lifetime scheduled with ease and confidence. The videos he sent of where we were going were spectacular. We could not have had a better travel guide. He obviously is very knowledgeable. He was able to suggest alternatives and include things and delete them in the itinerary with ease almost instantly. I would recommend working with him to anyone who is considering traveling.

Adam is a lovely person to deal with. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly, polite & professional. It’s been a pleasure working with him to plan our dream vacation. Thank you again Adam, we truly appreciate you!

Our Swiss rail trip was canceled by a different company but we already had plane tickets and pre and post reservations. I found GoRailTravel and they were able to put together a wonderful trip itinerary. I worked with Joe, going back and forth, making sure we had everything we needed and wanted. Even with the 9 hr time difference we were able to talk and get everything planned. I am really looking forward to the trip and will write a review after it is over.

Tristen was a great representative for Go Rail Travel. He took the time to understand what we wanted, worked within our timelines for travel while keeping ongoing and timely communication with an 8 hour time difference in our geographical location's. On short notice are trip was organized with all the sights we wanted to see. Thank you for making travel easy.

Joe was the best. I’ve dealt with travel agents a lot and he connected with us right away. Understood our needs an efficiently came up with a plan. He was punctual in getting the info to us and explaining and answering our questions. Thank you Joe hope to meet you sometime

This is my first dealings with GoRailTravel and I have been very impressed with our Travel Agent Sean. Sean is very detailed and put together a great plan for us to see Switzerland. He does an outstanding job listening to what the clients want and offering suggestions and ideas that might enhance the trip as well as introduce things we may not have thought of. The video phone conference is a great tool and really gives you a great preview of what your trip will look like. The reviews for this company are very good, and Sean is a great representative. We are very excited as we work to finalize our agenda for this trip.

Great experience with Sean….customized trip exactly to our needs. Would highly recommend to anybody

Sean , Thank you so much for planning our dream trip!

Peter was very patient and helpful with planning a trip to Scotland. He suggested areas to see, worked with me on making changes as requested promptly and made time for several phone calls and informative emails. I especially enjoyed the short video he sent detailing the itinerary. Can’t wait to relax on the trains through Scotland and explore the cities, Isle of Skye and highlands!
Sincerely, Diane

Adam was fabulous to deal with, very responsive in the time leading up to and during our trip. The itinerary Adam provided was the perfect balance between a schedule and flexibility. His attention to detail was greatly appreciated and he listened to and met the specific needs of our group of four. I would highly recommend booking through Gorailtravel and specifically Adam.
