Fantastic product. Took a couple interviews with multiple teams and Goodtape almost catched everything perfectly.

Had an issue with my payment for premium, sent an email and got the same day a useful response! Therefore I'm giving a 5 star review

I can't find anything to complain about. I have been using the service since 2022 and still have no complaints. As one who does heavy transcription, I rely so much on them to finish my work on time without falling behind. The transcripts are with very minimal spelling errors and that's because of the heavy accents but overall, they are the best in the market. At least amongst the ones I have used so far

They helped me with my subscription inquiries. Very helpful.

As for the service of Good Tape as it is, it is very useful and makes transcribing so much easier.

Great site for transcribing audio or video, very fast and easy to understand. The only issue is that the price is a little high in reais and it is not very clear how to cancel, but they respond quickly and help via email.I would use it again in the future.

Og sådan har det været i de minimum 1,5 år jeg har brugt GoodTape:
Jeg skifter over i et andet faneblad i browseren (Chrome), går tilbage i goodtape-fanebladet for så at konstatere at upload-processen er pist forsvundet. Man får ikke engang en fejlmeddelelse. Og det skal lige siges at det nogle gange kan tage halve timer eller mere at uploade, hvis det er en lang optagelse. Det er meget upraktisk, og tænker at det burde være en ret simpel fejl der kan undgås?

Needed this for a small work project and the platform was easy to use and manage compared to others that I looked into.

The website is easy to use and the transcripts are very accurate. Try to have clear audio recordings because this will increase the accuracy. The customer care team is very kind and helpful!

Great transcription service. Recently signed up for a pro account, due to it's superior transcription service in Danish language. Experienced a some errors which was alleviated with browser cookie reset - fairly easy walkthrough found on their support site. Customer service was very responsive and helpful in putting the transcription hours spend on errors back into my account. Recommended.

Flagged multiple issues twice days ago - yet to hear back. Desperate and disappointed with the paid version:

1. Uploaded files constantly displayed as ‘generating speaker labels’ – the work remains incomplete. The progress has remained so for over 2 weeks. I may thus not be able to view/download the transcripts in time if I decide to cancel my monthly subscription. [The transcripts users paid to get done are 'locked' unless the subscription is renewed; the users literally lose access to them unless the transcripts are downloaded before any intended suspension of subscription].

2. When clicking on each file uploaded, the system takes ages to respond and even completely hangs.

3. Transcripts completed in a language different from the designated one.

4. Issue with speaker labelling: transcript indicating more speakers than the number present.

Work’s been delayed and may soon unsubscribe.

[Update: 3 emails sent to the account suggested, two specifically addressed to Lasse as advised. This amounts to 5 mails to the GT team altogether. Really hope to hear back and get the problems resolved soon.]

Truly the best I've used for transcribing my interviews. I don't see what's missing in the program. It transcribes my recordings fast and precisely. Its aesthetically pleasing and easy to use. It was hard to find one that supported Danish language and this one does it very well. Their support team helped me beyond expectation. I like that you get the transcription listed with time stamps where you can press play to listen to the text while reading or editing the text. When you edit the names from "speaker a" and "speaker b" it automatically does it to the rest so that you dont have to do it manually. It's a great time saver. It's easy to copy paste the whole transcription with or without time stamps.

Great app which saved me hours of transcribing manually for my thesis. Incredible customer service.

The transcription works flawlessly. The best of the services I tested befor choosing Good Tape.

Also, Storm from costumer service was very helpful when i didn't manage to pause my subscription in time.

Huge time saver. Used it to transcribe 15 30-45 min interviews. Sometimes some words are not transcribed correctly, but compared to doing it manually it is so much faster, even after taking the time to proof read.

Would def recommend if you have lots of interviews to transcribe. Customer service was also really great and helpful!

I took out a subscription on 7 April. I used it once and cancelled on 10 April. They charged me 20 euros on 7 May even though I cancelled my subscription. They tried to charge me 3 more times, even 3 days ago, despite the fact that the application says that the period is free.
EDIT: company helped me and return me money :)
